• Windsor Castle - The coach will depart from the designated meeting point promptly at 8am, so please arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in! The first destination on this journey is Windsor Castle, the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world, with an expected arrival time of around 9:30am. With its expansive landscaped gardens and an impressive round tower, it’s clear why Windsor Castle is the King’s preferred weekend retreat. Explore the opulent State Apartments, which house priceless artworks by Rembrandt, Leonardo da Vinci, and many others, and visit the stunning St. George’s Chapel, the final resting place of former monarchs like Henry VIII and the wedding venue of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle!
• St. George’s Chapel - Enter St. George’s Chapel, located within the extensive grounds, where the infamous King Henry VIII and his beloved wife, Jane Seymour, are interred, along with Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother.

St. George’s Chapel is a prime example of gothic architecture in England. It has hosted numerous royal weddings and serves as the burial site for ten sovereigns. The Chapel is dedicated to the patron saint of the Order of the Garter, Britain’s highest Order of Chivalry.
*St. George’s Chapel is closed to visitors on Sundays due to services held throughout the day. Worshippers are welcome to attend the services, which occur at the following times:

08:30 – Holy Communion
10:45 – Mattins and Sermon
11:45 – Sung Eucharist
17:15 – Evensong

• Windsor Guildhall - This 17th-century architectural gem is located on the High Street, just 100 meters from Castle Hill. Prince Charles married Camilla Parker Bowles, Duchess of Cornwall, at Windsor Guildhall in 2005.

• Due to driver’s legal working hours restrictions, this tour will finish within a 2 or 3 minute walk of Gloucester Road Underground Station. This station is in Zone 1 and is three stops Eastbound on the Circle Line or the District Line to Victoria. The Piccadilly Line also runs through Gloucester Road, and is only 5 stops to Piccadilly Circus.
• During the winter months an additional five rooms, known collectively as the Semi-State Rooms, are included in the visitor route.
• St. George’s Chapel is usually closed to visitors on Sundays as services are held throughout the day. Worshippers are welcome to attend the services.
