Great tour of The Abbey! Not a huge fan of there audio tour of Parliament but you should see it! - Nick was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable! My mother has trouble walking and she was able to keep up and go the distance and my 11 year old remained interested! I highly recommend it. Though for Parliament I might not do the audio guide but would love a guide who talked more about how Parliament works than the decorations.

Awesome learning experience - Sue was fantastic. We had an hour and a half inside Abbey - she knew everything about each area! We had a 10 min break before Parliament. Sue gave an overview of Parliament and helped us through security and got us headsets. Only audio tours are allowed there, so she left after we got inside. It took about 30 min but you can make it as long or short as you want. We learned a lot. Thank you Sue!

Couldn’t ask for more! - Pauline was a fantastic guide! She navigated through every detail. The tour was amazing, i strongly recommend on doing both the Abbey and the Parliment. Just watch out that it’s a lot of walking! But I loved it!

Best tourist guide I have encountered so far. June was very knowledgeable without boring us to death with details. Added humor i - June was the best tour guide i have ever encountered. Great knowledge with some cheeky, humor added in made the tour super fun. She was polite to everyone yet kept us in line and kept other tours from getting in our way.

Westminster Tour 10/25 - Although the Parliament experience was unfortunately cancelled due to security issues, it was promptly reimbursed, which we appreciated. Thankfully, the Westminster Abbey tour more than made up for it—it was absolutely fabulous!
The tour was organized with two guides and small groups of around 10 people, which made for a more personal and manageable experience. However, the gentleman we were initially assigned to was very difficult to understand. He mentioned he had just flown in from Italy and that his ears were clogged, which affected his ability to project his voice. Despite our group asking him to speak up, it didn’t improve much.
I eventually approached the other guide and requested to switch groups, and she kindly agreed. She was exceptional—a wealth of knowledge, engaging, and passionate about the Abbey’s history. She truly made the tour come alive, and I would highly recommend her to anyone visiting.
All in all, despite the hiccup at the start, the Westminster Abbey tour was a wonderful experience.

Westminster Abbey - Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided incredable history and perspective. Due to the number of other tours taking place all around us she was often difficult to hear. Use of headphones or ear buds would have improved the experience.
