Breathtaking - This is a can’t miss experience. SO much history here! The skip the line is the best. Just in case you missed this detail like I did, there is a lovely spread of pastries and breakfast tea in the cafe before the tour begins. Be sure and stay after your tour to discover many more details of the abbey.

Thanks Frank! - Frank was an excellent tour guide- knowledgeable and attentive. It was nice to have the priority access and a personal guide - I would advise paying extra for that especially during busy tour days/periods.

Overdue Review - What a magnificent structure! Very nice tour guides. I screwed up the meeting spot but, luckily, they called me and came to find me. Early entry/access was great and breakfast was lovely! (July 2024)

Awesome tour - What an amazing tour. We were lucky to score John as our guide of the abbey, and he was both informative and funny. The abbey is absolutely beautiful and rich in history. I definitely recommend doing this tour when you visit London.

Knowledge tour of the Abbey but London Eye not worth it. - We did this tour with the Zozo and he was very knowledgeable about the architecture as well as the people buried there. He moves fast so just make sure to keep an eye on him but an absolutely fantastic guide especially if you are interested in the buildings history. We did the London Eye and honestly it’s not worth it I would have much rather stayed at Westminster and done the museum.

Great tour! - This tour was really good. A person could easily spend a whole day in Westminster Abby, but in an hour and a half we covered the highlights nicely. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. My one and only complaint is that she wasn’t able to use a headset/microphone and receivers/headsets for us. It was very noisy all around us with all the people and many of us had a hard time hearing at times. Other than that I recommend this tour.

Could not hear the guide - Very hard to hear and understand the guide. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, we just could not hear her. When we had our coffee and pastries, she spoke to all of us between the two tables (rather than at the end). Whenever she turned her head toward the other table, we could not hear her. I suggest having ear pieces and her on a microphone. Especially with the cost we incurred
