Fun day at Harry Potter studios - Great experience from start to finish. We had a guide who took us on the train and bus to the studio, then handed us off to a tour guide there at Warner Bros Harry Potter studios. Only 8 in our small group. Our studio tour guide was very knowledgeable and attentive, telling us things about each of the sets we might not have otherwise learned. I’m much better with a person talking to me than an audio recording guide so this worked great for me and my teen son. You’ll skip all the lines too. We only wish we had brushed up on our Harry Potter books and movies prior to attending. Either way, fascinating stuff, incredible sets, and getting to see the actual studio/sets they used for 10 years was pretty darn cool. It’s all day if staying in London. 4 hour tour at studio with an hour break for lunch. Transportation takes about 30-45 mins each way. Tube, train and bus. You can stay as long as you want after the tour ends. We shopped and headed back. Huge gift shop. Try the butter beer at the cafe. Fun day!

Fun and easy - Escorted tour by train and bus one way. You are on your own on the way back to London. It is very easy and you are not limited on time like the bus tours.

The tour was amazing. Brandon kicks butt!! - My 18 yo daughter and I had the best day out at the studio tour. We learned way more than we thought we would, and loved the four hours we spent with our City Wonders guide, Brandon, in a small group of 6 of us. Brandon stirred all the childhood passion we both have for the books and can't wait to go watch the films again, get ready for the HBO series, and return to Watford Junction for a shuttle to the coolest studio tour on the planet! Worth every penny, even though it was a crowded day for the Christmas makeover.

Last minute salvation and you get there faster than by bus - We did not have time to buy tickets on time from Warner Bros studios and with this service we were able to get them, obviously somewhat more expensive than they would have cost if I bought them in time, but it is the price of not organizing in time. Anyway it is faster to arrive by train to the studios and vice versa, by bus it takes more than 1 hour and a half by train is like 40 minutes from euston station, that is another advantage of this service. In the end everything went well, this option solved us.

The Studio Tour is worth it! - Finding the coordinator was easy. The tour is much longer than you think. It can be overwhelming with everything there is to see; but still worth the experience. There are several opportunities for green screen photos. You cannot combine all green screen experiences into one card. So be prepared to pay. There is a wanted poster, flying a broom, riding the train, riding a wizard chess piece. If you want a slower paced tour there is one with guides, but, we prefer to move more quickly.

Not What I Expected - Absolutely, no shade on the travel guide to the studio as she was delightful! Having said that, the service this company provided was something I could have done on my own. We met at the designated stop. We looked for our guide and could not find her. We were told the guide was holding a blue flag. Well, the fact of the matter was that she had a blue shirt on and blended in the crowd. At the end of the day, literally, with little effort, using my Google Maps would have been just as easy! Save the extra money and use Google Maps!

Disappointed. - It’s basically having a person guide you on the train and free shuttle. The only thing they do for you is buy your train and studio entry ticket. All of which you could easily do on your own for much less money.

Harry Potter 5, City Wonders 1 - The Warner Brothers Studio Tour is a great experience. If you are interested in Harry Potter or even just the making of films, you will find it interesting. If I was reviewing the studio separately it would get 5 stars as it is well worth a visit and worth the £58.50 entrance fee. However, I am reviewing this specific company and my experience with them. It cost £90 with this company. The extremely annoying thing is that these tour companies buy up loads of tickets meaning tickets are sold out to buy directly from Warner Brothers Studio, but there are loads available from tour companies at inflated prices. All you get from this company is someone meeting you outside of Euston train station who then walks you to your platform, sits on the train, walks you to the free Harry Potter bus, which is directly outside Watford Junction Station (and free for everyone) , sits on the bus then gives you a tour ticket outside of the studio. You get to pay an extra £31.50 for this when a return train ticket is around half this price. I purchased this as it was the cheapest package I could find for the dates I visited London because it was sold out directly from the studio. There are lots of other tour companies charging even more than this company, and some that include a coach transfer taking around 90 minutes! My advice: 1. Book tickets in advance directly from Warner Bros, get the train from Euston to Watford Junction to get the free Harry Potter bus. 2. Book with this company if you can't do step 1. It is the cheapest I could find and the train journey is much shorter than the coach transfers being offered by other companies.
