Well worth the money! - Do the fully guided tour! Well worth the money to get a true behind the scenes experience. Our group of 7 had Tommy as a guide. He was amazing and had so much fun sharing little tidbits and facts with us, especially in a small group setting. He answered our questions and was as excited as we were about the tour. From beginning to end, the structure of tour was easy. I appreciated the clear directions from the company on where to meet. We met Sevario at the meeting site, were given lots of guidance and he escorted us on the train all the way to the studio. He repeatedly told us how to get back to the station when we were done with our day so that everyone understood. The tour is about 4 hours long with a short lunch break in between. After the guided tour, you have time to return to the exhibit area if you choose. I think even if one wasn't a die hard fan of the series, you could appreciate all of the behind the scenes info. The tour shouldn't be mistaken for an amusement park type experience though. No rides but plenty of photo ops. Try the butter beer ice cream. It's yummy!

Absolutely Worth It - I would 100% book this tour again. I learned so many fascinating facts that I would have completely missed if I had explored on my own. Finding the staff at the train station was a breeze. The first guide who met us there was a gentleman with an Italian name (I’m so sorry I can't recall it exactly!), but he was incredibly kind and guided us smoothly all the way to the studio. Even though we only spent a short time together during the commute, he was so humorous and friendly that the trip felt very short and fun. He also gave us detailed directions for the way back to the station so we wouldn't get lost. Once at the studio, we met another guide—I believe her name was Georgia (or something similar). She was beyond amazing! Her passion was infectious; every story she told was so lively and engaging. It felt like she had stepped right out of a Harry Potter movie. Even if you aren't a huge fan, you’ll find yourself completely drawn in by her energy. Don't just settle for an audio guide—choose this tour instead. Highly recommended!

Potter private tour. - The tour guide was exceptional. Will highly recommend and rebook. Came from Boston. 10 out of 10. Was easy to manage. Easily booking. Easy to figure out. Not a bad deal. You can walk thru again incase you missed anything. Spead as much time as you want the second time. Wasn't rush. Took as many photos as I wished. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and answered many questions

Great way to get guided tour if Studio itself is sold out. - The actual guided tour of Warner Brother Studios was great. Our tour guide had a HUGE amount of not just Harry Potter knowledge, but behind the scenes movie knowledge. The tour did feel frenetic at times as you will pass many exhibits without time to stop at them so you can spend time with your guide going more in depth at other areas. You also get priority access to the outdoor sets of Privet Drive and the Herbology greenhouse, but it is done through walking through the exits which made it less than ideal and got other guests mad at our group while we tried to worm our way in for our own photos. I highly recommend taking the guided tour, but then leave yourself 1.5 hours to go back through the experience (it's included) and walk the exhibit the way it is intended to be walked/read to get the full experience the Studios have to offer. The Viator tour company's role in this tour is obtaining the studio tour guided tickets and separately having their own employee meet you in London, give you your train tickets, then pickup your Studio ticket there and hand you off to the Studio tour guide. The Viator employee departs once you are checked into the Studio so they will not be there for your return trip, thus be sure you pay attention on the way there to know how to get back to London. The employee who met my tour was hopefully just having a bad day and my experiance wasn't the norm. This was a great way for me to be able to get a WB studio guided tour while I was in London as the Studios directly were sold out, but be aware that the service the Viator tour is providing is pre-buying those tickets and buying your train ticket to and from the Studios.

Abandoned Tour guide - We got to the studio without any issues but our private guide completely abandoned us and never showed up through the enterity of the tour. Honestly , it was a very bad experience since we paid a lot of money for this tour.
