A.M.A.Z.I.N.G Experience! - I was in London for the first time and I knew I had to experience the Harry Potter Warner Bros Tour, and it did not disappoint at all. You truly get what you pay for, and trust me when I say as a Harry Potter fan, you get a lot! The tour was absolutely amazing and it just made me feel like a kid in a candy store the entire time. Getting the chance to really feel like you’re a part of the movies with real and actual sets and props used in the films. On top of that, you’ll get an in depth look as to how the movies were made, which made my appreciation for the movies that much greater. Whether you go alone or with friends and family, you will have a blast! Plenty of opportunities to also get some souvenirs while you’re there too. I highly recommend this!

A great option if tickets aren't available otherwise - Booked this one because I wasn't able to book direct tickets to the HP studios directly. The tour operators are very responsive to messages, and quite helpful. I did the 2:30 timeslot, and the drive down was fair. I would have liked a little bit more time to explore the studios, but I think the time allotted is reasonable for a tour that includes transport.

Expensive but a solid experience - Great experience, if you ignore the prices. Kids loved it and it brought back many memories. Excellent seeing the actual sets used in the movies and plenty of interactive moments for the smaller kids (eg: wave the sensor to trigger magic knitting needles in the Burrow, or pull up a baby Mandrake and hear it scream). Evans coaches were comfortable and air conditioned. Only gripe is that they left for the return leg early without checking all were on board and almost separated one family. Not cool - check off names before departing and you don’t mess up someone’s day for no good reason.

Studio was great, tour company not so much - The studio was amazing, so much to see and the people that work at the studio were kind and helpful. Food was ok. The four stars is for the studio. This tour itself left much to be desired. The staff at check in where no frills. The bus was late due to traffic so we got to the studio at least 30 minutes late. They gave zero instructions or information. They did the bare minimum. Basically they were just a driver.

Harry Potter awesome tour company horrible - Coach was very hot and disorganized. No AC. People were dumping water on themselves. Very poor. Harry Potter experience was great but the tour company made the experience difficult to enjoy.

Great tour, unpleasant bus ride - 1. the bus ride was hot and uncomfortable. The bus needed to be air-conditioned and the ride was very hot and stifling. For a minute the air conditioning did go on, however, the bus driver shut it off for some reason. It was very hot and uncomfortable the whole hour trip both ways. 2. when we were coming back from the tour, we couldn’t find the bus. It had no markings on it indicating Evan’s tours and many people who didn’t speak English were having trouble finding the bus as were we who did speak English. I would suggest having the tour guide be more communicative about the markings on the bus or the number of the bus when we leave or putting it on the green wristband so that people can know which bus to choose when they come back., The Harry Potter tour itself was wonderful. A little bit crowded in there, but that was to be expected, but we had a great time. If not for the bus ride I would’ve given five stars, but the bus ride was very uncomfortable and on a bus with seniors and children that just isn’t OK. I’m from the United States and air conditioning is mandatory on a hot day like that so I would not recommend this tour again for that reason.

Disappointed by some bus and time wasted in traffic jams. - Not very smart to leave by bus from the city center trapped in traffic jams when it would be much more convenient to get out of London by tube then take a bus to go to the studios. And check out the cute double-decker bus with Harry Potter specific decor from Warner Studios. Well, it won't be yours, it'll be a commonplace bus without a floor.

The Harry Potter Sauna Ride - First off want to say the Harry Potter Studio Tour was amazing, but the conditions made by the Evan and Evans tour group were horrific. The first sign should have been this was gonna be a bad experience is they brag about there 4.5 rating at the sign in desk. I’m pretty sure we can get to them to 3 if we keep posting about our true experiences and have them removed off of TripAdvisor as will tell below.First got to the designated pick up spot, just told to go into waiting room and get called, got to bus and got seated. Was about 80 degrees that day, the bus had no air conditioner working it felt like. The bus driver opened the windows barely a crack to get the musty smell out of the bus. The whole bus ride no instructions were given of how the the studio tour was, where to get lunch, just told to get back to bus at 240 pm for 250 pm departure. We get to Harry Potter then told to wait in the sauna of a bus for 10 minutes so they can get tickets, then just got ticket and had to confirm with person this is where to come back to. Went on studio tour which was amazing took 4 hours so your in rush to get back, ate lunch in 10 minutes. If you want butterbeer you can only get in midway point of tour, which the bus guide never told us. Had to rush back to leave but then we wait another 20 minutes on the sauna of bus till we left a little after 3 pm. Then we took the sauna bus back and then we were dropped off. Definitely do not recommend taking Evan and Evan’ Harry Potter tour bus ever again. Only matter of time till somebody passes out on the sauna of a bus. Wish could get my money back, but they will just say sorry about your experience we hope we can make up for it. If you have any care for your family take an uber, taxi, or train there might be a little more expensive and difficult to get there, but you will definitely save money on the medical bills from the sauna bus.

Ice transport - Experience not at all great! Transportation to Warner Studios from January 8 at 1 p.m. took place in a cold bus, without any heating. We were very cold and that is unacceptable. On the way back, despite a battery problem, it was a bit better. I do not recommend this carrier at all.

Studios are brilliant, transport is very poor and slow - The Harry Potter Tour itself is AMAZING and I would highly recommend. The transport from London part of this is poor. You meet in a tiny hot room 5 mins from Victoria Station. You sit on a bus with no AC, no movie etc - even though the bus has TVs they don’t even play the Harry Potter movie - and sit in traffic for 1.5 hours to the studios. It is a rip off. If this is the only way you can get tickets to the tour, just get the train (20 mins) and meet them there for the tickets. Such a rip off and they could have made the journey part of it, - playing the movie or even the music - or just getting folk excited but they don’t bother as they have your money.
