Meh - The only reason this is getting a 5star is because of Warner Bros and my child is Harry Potter fan. However Evans and Evans/Superior Transportation was not accommodating at all. I emailed, texted and called to let them know my flight was delayed by almost 8 hours. They were not willing to reschedule for a later hour or a different day. They said that I needed at least 48 hours notice in order for them to make any changes. Paying $377 USD was not worth it. I didn’t use their transportation services. I made my own traveled arrangements when finally made it to London. If planning on visiting Warner Bros, I suggest you purchase tickets ahead of time and only for the study and take the tube and bus there.

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G Experience! - I was in London for the first time and I knew I had to experience the Harry Potter Warner Bros Tour, and it did not disappoint at all. You truly get what you pay for, and trust me when I say as a Harry Potter fan, you get a lot! The tour was absolutely amazing and it just made me feel like a kid in a candy store the entire time. Getting the chance to really feel like you’re a part of the movies with real and actual sets and props used in the films. On top of that, you’ll get an in depth look as to how the movies were made, which made my appreciation for the movies that much greater. Whether you go alone or with friends and family, you will have a blast! Plenty of opportunities to also get some souvenirs while you’re there too. I highly recommend this!

Harry Potter awesome tour company horrible - Coach was very hot and disorganized. No AC. People were dumping water on themselves. Very poor. Harry Potter experience was great but the tour company made the experience difficult to enjoy.

Disappointed by some bus and time wasted in traffic jams. - Not very smart to leave by bus from the city center trapped in traffic jams when it would be much more convenient to get out of London by tube then take a bus to go to the studios. And check out the cute double-decker bus with Harry Potter specific decor from Warner Studios. Well, it won't be yours, it'll be a commonplace bus without a floor.

Hot bus, rude staff, and crazy bus driver ruined the trip for me - Do not book with these rude, unprofessional people. The trip is very expensive and they ruined it for me. First of all, you do not get the branded Harry Potter bus that they show in the picture. You get a plain double decker bus that was extremely HOT! It was like an oven when we got on and didn't get any better. It was so hot that I got extremely nauseous and wasn't even able to do the tour. I had to sit near the entrance because I felt weak while my family did the tour. They advertise 4 hours at the studio, but we only got 3 1/2 because they took so long at the second stop trying to fit people on the bus. They said they would adjust the time, but they did not. My family had to rush through the tour. The guides were very rude and the bus driver was a horrible driver who had an accident on the way back and they threw us off the bus at some random place. Please do yourself a favor and do not book with this company.

Stay away from Evan Evans-ZERO STARS-Horrible experience - We had a terrible experience—zero stars! We were among the first on the bus and were told to sit upstairs, even though we were the first pickup and others who boarded later at the second stop got to stay downstairs. The upper level felt like an oven with no air, despite it not being a particularly hot day. Everyone was trying to adjust the vents, and one woman even went down to tell the tour guide it was hot. He came up and agreed, but nothing changed. They were incredibly unorganized, holding us up at the second stop while figuring out where to seat people. I think they even split up a parent and child behind us because when they were making people change seats, I heard a lady say "she's only 6 years old!". Why not just assign seats??? We left late, and the guide assured us they’d adjust our return time, but they certainly did NOT. Instead of the advertised four hours at the studio, we got off the bus at 2:50 and had to be back by 6:20, losing a full 30 minutes. They took forever letting people off the bus, letting the group that came on 2nd get off first, while we sweated upstairs. When I got off and complained about the heat and the time, the male tour guide was very rude, sarcastically telling me to “come back after four hours,” implying we’d be left behind. I mentioned that the lady tour guide made an announcement saying "don't worry, your time will be adjusted so you will have the 4 full hours", and she said, "the time has passed". I have no idea what that means. The male tour guide denied it was hot, claiming some people said it was cold. I seriously doubt that. Maybe it was cooler downstairs, but we baked upstairs. Cool air didn’t start coming through until we were nearly at the studios. If you read older reviews, which i should have, you will see this is an ongoing problem with them. Because of the sweltering ride, my husband got car sick (which he never does) and couldn’t do the tour, staying near the entrance to rest and drink water. I took my kids, including my adult son with autism, and we rushed through everything, worried we’d get stuck and miss the bus, giving us more stress he didn’t need, If you love someone with autism, you know what I mean. The studio itself was awesome, what we got to see of it. Funny, on the way back the air conditioner suddenly started working so they made everyone suffer in the heat for nothing. All of a sudden, they were also able to open the sunroofs on the top of the bus to get air, and as they did, they were hitting tree branches and pieces of the trees were falling on people’s heads that were sitting there. The driver drove like a maniac and stopped short several times. And to finish the lousy day off, the bus hit something and the side mirror broke, and we were dumped at the side of the road with no explanation to use upstairs, nowhere near where we were supposed to be let off, so we had to pay even more money on a cab to get back to our hotel. I suppose I should be happy that he didn't hit something closer to the studios, because I'm sure they would have dumped us there too without a care. Go with any other company or just go on your own. I wish we did. Stay away from this company!

Prepare to wait for the coach! - It all started with no guide showing up at the designated place and time. 30 minutes after designated time a stressed guide appears asking if we are the ones that wants to go to warner brother studios. Before this three people have called and asked where the coach is, only answer stay were you are someone will pick you up. The coach has no working ac so it feels like 40ºC inside every time we stand still. Uncomfortable seats with zero legspace for an adult, mu knees were in the back of the seat in front of me. Once on site the guide disappears and tell us all on the bus to stay inside, it's still really hot and many people are now discussing how bad this is going. Recieve our tickets to get inside. Get the best service ever from the chauffeur he's nice and helps everyone with a smile. On our way back we have the same lovely chauffeur and thankfully no stressed guide. Sorry Evans tours but this coach drive you truly messed up.

The Harry Potter Sauna Ride - First off want to say the Harry Potter Studio Tour was amazing, but the conditions made by the Evan and Evans tour group were horrific. The first sign should have been this was gonna be a bad experience is they brag about there 4.5 rating at the sign in desk. I’m pretty sure we can get to them to 3 if we keep posting about our true experiences and have them removed off of TripAdvisor as will tell below.First got to the designated pick up spot, just told to go into waiting room and get called, got to bus and got seated. Was about 80 degrees that day, the bus had no air conditioner working it felt like. The bus driver opened the windows barely a crack to get the musty smell out of the bus. The whole bus ride no instructions were given of how the the studio tour was, where to get lunch, just told to get back to bus at 240 pm for 250 pm departure. We get to Harry Potter then told to wait in the sauna of a bus for 10 minutes so they can get tickets, then just got ticket and had to confirm with person this is where to come back to. Went on studio tour which was amazing took 4 hours so your in rush to get back, ate lunch in 10 minutes. If you want butterbeer you can only get in midway point of tour, which the bus guide never told us. Had to rush back to leave but then we wait another 20 minutes on the sauna of bus till we left a little after 3 pm. Then we took the sauna bus back and then we were dropped off. Definitely do not recommend taking Evan and Evan’ Harry Potter tour bus ever again. Only matter of time till somebody passes out on the sauna of a bus. Wish could get my money back, but they will just say sorry about your experience we hope we can make up for it. If you have any care for your family take an uber, taxi, or train there might be a little more expensive and difficult to get there, but you will definitely save money on the medical bills from the sauna bus.

Ice transport - Experience not at all great! Transportation to Warner Studios from January 8 at 1 p.m. took place in a cold bus, without any heating. We were very cold and that is unacceptable. On the way back, despite a battery problem, it was a bit better. I do not recommend this carrier at all.

Studios are brilliant, transport is very poor and slow - The Harry Potter Tour itself is AMAZING and I would highly recommend. The transport from London part of this is poor. You meet in a tiny hot room 5 mins from Victoria Station. You sit on a bus with no AC, no movie etc - even though the bus has TVs they don’t even play the Harry Potter movie - and sit in traffic for 1.5 hours to the studios. It is a rip off. If this is the only way you can get tickets to the tour, just get the train (20 mins) and meet them there for the tickets. Such a rip off and they could have made the journey part of it, - playing the movie or even the music - or just getting folk excited but they don’t bother as they have your money.
