Great tour and tour guide. - Our tour guide Warren Forsyth was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, engaging and funny. He made the tour! What I was particularly impressed by was how he ensured a person on our trip with an accessibility issue was well cared for. He made sure that the customer felt included even when they couldn’t climb the stairs, and was excellent at communicating when he felt the stairs wouldn’t be too hard. I was touched at how much he clearly cared for all of his customers and how much he wanted each of us to have the best possible experience.

That’s it’s a very... - That’s it’s a very informative and visual experience. You will learn so much about the history of the British royals pertaining to the Church of England. As well as the Abby’s burial of the royals.

Book the tour! - This was one of our family’s favorite tours the whole time we were in London! Ben was a fantastic guide & highly knowledgeable about the vast history of the Tower of London. We learned so much that we wouldn’t have if we had just bought entry. We would highly recommend taking the earliest morning tour available, as we were able to see most of the site with minimal other visitors, and we walked right into the crown jewel building. Ben also took one of our favorite pictures of our family in front of the tower bridge! Additionally, he timed our tour, so we got to see a Brazilian navy ship go under the Tower Bridge.
It is worth it to pay for an official tour because the tour guides in London are required to get a certification that takes over a year of studying before they are authorized to guide at the Tower of London. Save yourself the worry of not being with a legitimate guide, and book this incredible tour!

Fantastic tour - A fantastic tour full of interesting stories and history. Our guide, Warren Forsyth, was excellent, and kept our kids’ attention the whole time. Highly recommend Warren and this tour for visitors to London.

A decent experience - It's a nice experience. Not as much tour guidance as I would have liked. A lot done on our own. The tour guide was wonderful, but a private beefeater tour would have made the experience more well rounded.

The Beefeater portion of... - The Beefeater portion of this tour was very interesting and worth the extra money. There is a lot of walking and a few stairs.

In general it's a great... - In general it's a great package, a lot to see. We started early at 9AM, the lines were not too bad. We just wished that a visit to the White Tower was in the beginning, before meeting the Beefeater and verbal stories, and not at the end of the tour. At the end, the White Tower line was very long and the weather was very cold and windy.

Tower of London, Crown Jewels and a Beefeater - great experience. - Great experience with Ben touring the Tower of London and seeing the Crown Jewels. Beefeater experience was very informative. Definitely worth the visit if you have time.
Only note is that most of the tour is outdoors, so dress for the weather!

Not worth the expense. - While our guide was very friendly and able to answer questions. It is quite clear that we could’ve obtained the same information on the self-guided tour. At $150 a person, save your money for souvenirs, and just buy a regular ticket for admittance.
