Book this tour - Tour guide Don W. was knowledgeable, helpful, and enthusiastic. I think that the Tower of London would not have been as interesting and rewarding an experience had l tried to navigate this site alone. I fully recommend this tour.

Excellent tour - We did the arrival before opening to see the opening ceremony. I highly recommend doing this as we beat the crowds and had no line to see the jewels and very very short line to get into the white tower. Our guide Miranda was excellent. She gave us so much history. She kept us in time and her instructions were spot on. The tour takes over 4 hours and the time flew by. We could have spent more time if we had it. As the morning went on I noticed the lines were long.

Fantastic tour of the Towet - Had a fantastic tour of the Tower of London with our guide Leon. Leon met us on time at our designated spot. He guided us through the crowds and lines to the Crown Jewels. It's great when your guide loves his job! Leon filled us in on all the history and stories.

Not so happy:( - We were never able to take the tour. Our cruise line changed our pick up time thus we could not make the tour. We understand the cancellation policy, however, this tour company also did have any understanding that the change was also out of our hands. We did not a refund or even partial refund. I hope the tour operator enjoyed the free $250. We do not recommend this tour company. Very disappointed.

Fraud - Viator has a policy if you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged the full amount. I am a 71 year-old woman with Parkinson’s and a tremor… My hand slipped on putting the date down even though I wasn’t going to be there for another month. I immediately saw that I had made a mistake called within three minutes of my mistake, and since my hand slipped and I pressed the wrong date which was for the next day, they will not reimburse my $960 for eight people to me. This is a total fraud and scam. I’m not even planning on going to London until a month from now and they would not understand my situation nor refund my money due to their black-and-white policy with no exceptions I would not recommend this grouping to anyone since their policy is so limited in their understanding of disabilities.
