You need a guide to appreciate the treasures - A treasure trove that really needs a knowledgeable guide - and we had one! Robert Miller knew so many good stories and helped us understand the importance of what we were looking at. It is a monumental task and I wouldn’t have known how best to tackle it but we spent three productive hours, saw some of the highlights and know we need to go again, and again…oh and the shop is wonderful!

Wonderful Tour Led by an Expert Guide - Our guide, Robert Miller, was exceptional in his knowledge ability to share stories regarding key exhibits at the V&A Museum. It is behemoth of a building and to make the most of our time, having an expert like Robert guide us through the structure as well as share the history of its development and expansion made the best of our time. We had three hours with him which gave us an opportunity to see the best of the V&A. I'd use him again next time we are in London!

Robert will become a must for our next trips to London - We’ve been to the V&A countless times (and we are members!), but seeing it with Robert was on a whole new level! He opened our eyes to so many details and stories we’d never noticed before, and made the visit truly unforgettable. From now on, we’ll never go to a museum without Robert – he’s honestly one of the best guides we’ve ever had!

History I could relive today - I had the V&A tour with Robert Miller of ArtGuides. It was beyond my wildest imagination to see history I could relate to. It was as if I was transported back to these extraordinary times Thank you Robert for a wonderful tour of the V&A. I recommend this tour to all.

This museum is too big... - This museum is too big for one tour, but our guide hit the high spots we were interested in and the three hours went by in a blink. His knowledge was impressive, but it was his style that made the outing memorable. He did not push or condescend, but told facts about the exhibits that made them much more accessible. The place is so overwhelming, you could literally spend days reading all the placards and still not understand fully what you are looking at. With the guide, you were able to cut through a lot of the noise and just get the essence of the exhibit.

London Highlight - Our private guided tour of the Victoria & Albert Museum was top notch. Our guide, Robert, was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. He is also a very nice man and brings the museum to life with his enthusiasm. The museum itself is gorgeous and full of interesting art and artifacts. We hope to return again to this incredible site and to tour other places in London under Robert’s expert tutelage.
