Worthwhile of time and cost! - The tour was just as advertised: informative and entertaining. The guide, Tim C., was full of information and humor. I really enjoyed the tour from the beginning to the end. It could have been better if: 1. It were not so cold and damp, and 2. There were some places to sit down to rest once in a while, but of course, those were not under the tour's control!

Excellent tour, excellent tour guide! - Excellent tour. We saw a huge amount and the tour guide Tim was absolutely brilliant. It was a full day tour and it was incredible to see so much and to have excellent break downs of what had occurred at the various sights.

Great guide, great tour - This tour was awesome - London is an amazingly walkable city and it helps to have a great guide. Ours, Connor, was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is able bodied and who has good walking shoes. We put on about 18,000 steps during the 4-hour tour!

Great Guide and Tour - Our tour guide Tim was really funny and was very personal, made you feel included, and would try to get to know you along the way. He knew a lot about the history of each sight and made some jokes about them which got a laugh from everyone. We took our time which made it feel less rigid and again, more personal. Great tour, great guide, great atmosphere! Thanks Tim!

The best way to see London - We had a wonderful time learning about the main London area attractions with Tim our tour guide. Tim was super knowledgeable and unassuming at the same time. He had a subtle sense of humor that made for a wonderful and memorable few hours together. It was a hot and sunny day and Tim knew to keep us walking in the shade whereever possible, while still making sure we saw everything that the heart of London had to offer. He knew the best vantage points for photos of main attractions, knew where to take us so we'd get up close to the changing of the guards and away from the major crowds, and was overall thoughtful in his approach. The walking itself was also totally doable. We had only a few days in London and wanted to see as much as possible in our short time. Tim made that more than possible. Thank you Tim!

Stunning London - Henry did an exceptional job on the tour. He knows all the details, could answer every question and is simply an amazing storyteller. We had lots of fun and received even some great tips regarding where to go, what to see and where to eat/drink. He tailored the tour to our interests and blew our minds constantly. We definitely recommend the tour and want to say thanks again, dear Henry!

Great Day - This was a great first day in London. Best way to orient your way around this great city, see some of the “must do’s” and find out some unique not so well knowns as well, like the fabulous Borough Markets! Our Guide was truly fantastic, Tom made it so special, ensuring that every individual got what they needed from their time. Thank you very much David

Disappointing - With only a short stay in London as part of a longer European vacation, my family and I were really looking forward to an exciting day. We had booked Viator tours in another country and it was fantastic, so I feel my opinion is based on an objective comparison. Not only did we not get to see the Tower of London and the Crown jewelry, but our tour guide (nice as she was) lacked the most basic knowledge of London. Example “what part of London are we in?” Answer- “I’m not really sure”. We took a taxi to our meet up location and thank goodness for the taxi driver who was a certified tour guide, we learned more from him on the 10 minute taxi than we did in the next 3 hours from our “tour guide”. The manager of the company did provide a partial refund, but that’s a big chunk of my vacation that I can’t get back.
