Better than we expected, lovely visit to the olde English countryside villages - We’ve seen all the Midsomer episodes at least once. So it was delightful to be on a comfortable bus with fans from all over North America and Europe who love the series as we do. The very knowledgeable guide knew the lovely country villages where the first seasons were largely filmed. What you see in the series is exactly what those villages look like, though we didn’t see any bodies or police anywhere. Lovely day. We are enjoying re-watching the old episodes, “hey, we saw that!” A highlight of our trip.

You won’t be disappointed. - I’d been looking forward to this trip and it did not disappoint! Rob had such a wealth of knowledge about the locations and episodes. It was a good mix of viewing out the bus window and getting out and exploring pubs and churches used in the show and other tv shows too. The locations were beautiful and our bus driver Craig did a great job getting the bus down country roads. Even if you haven’t seen Midsomer it’s a beautiful day out in the English countryside.

Surviving Midsomer - Myself, my wife and 2 of our friends had an amazing time on the Midsomer Murders tour last Saturday (31/05/25). Our guide, Rob, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable which helped make the tour a fantastic experience. He made the tour interesting and informative as well as relaxed and fun. Our driver, Craig, expertly navigated some very tight villages and extremely narrow rods. We all agreed the tour would be just as good for anyone's just wanting to get out to see Henley on Thames and some stunning English villages, you don't need to be a fan of Midsomer but it definitely helps. All in all it was a cracking experience that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend giving a go.

As a Midsomer fan, our tour guides knowledge was impressive and we had a lot of fun. Wonderful viewing of familiar scenes and learning back stories. The tour was well organised and left on time, and good value. Only disappointment was wrestling with the DVD player on the bus - apparently an issue are having with bus company they use. Highly recommended.

Excellent tour for Midsomer Murder fans and a great day out in the countryside for the "uninitiated". - Seeing the Pasture where parts of "The Black Book" were filmed (two pictures attached). Very informative and fun tour.

Midsomer Murder Tour Sites - Seeing the location sites/buildings and connecting them to the episodes. So much fun. Lots of info given during the tour. Excellent guide.

Countryside - Loved getting out of the city of London and going to these quait little towns. The countryside is beautiful and the guide was very knowledgeable!!
