• Churchill War Rooms - The Churchill War Rooms are a well-preserved underground complex in London that served as the central hub for British government operations during World War II. Today, this site operates as a museum, providing insights into Winston Churchill’s leadership and the wartime command structure beneath Whitehall.

Constructed between 1938 and 1939, the bunker complex was designed to shield the British War Cabinet and military planners from air raids. From 1940 onwards, Churchill and his ministers made crucial wartime decisions in these rooms, including War Cabinet meetings and daily military briefings. The Map Room was manned continuously, keeping essential updates on global operations until Japan’s surrender in 1945.

• Chartwell - Chartwell is a historic country house located near Westerham, Kent, England, renowned as the longtime residence of Sir Winston Churchill. Currently managed by the National Trust, it preserves Churchill’s domestic life, art, and political legacy. The estate draws visitors with its architecture, landscaped grounds, and extensive Churchill memorabilia.

Originally built in the 19th century, Chartwell became the family home of Winston and Clementine Churchill from 1922 until his passing in 1965. Financial challenges nearly led to its sale in the 1930s, but friends purchased the estate, allowing the Churchills to reside there for life. After Lady Churchill’s passing, it was transferred to the National Trust.
