Joe is a historical genius and Agnes the driver is super nice and drives wonderfully - We had a fantastic experience on February 26 with Golden Tours of London. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable and shared impressive historical insights that truly brought the city to life. His passion and depth of information made the tour both engaging and memorable, and his driver was professional and seamless throughout. This was an amazing way to see London, and I highly recommend Joe for anyone wanting a meaningful, well-guided experience of the city.

Awful - Awful! Don't go with them. Their sales man caught us coming off the train. We got on the first bus, got off and never saw a bus from them again. Their driver didn't put the audio on until asked, stops were impossible to find. Called their call centre and they were so rude, basically if I didn't like it I should email them. Not supportive or helpful. Disgusting!

Waste of money for a 40 min bus ride - We opted for the hop on hop off .got on at the strand we had not purchased a ticket but driver said it was fine he would take us to ticket seller . Paid 57 pound for 2 people started off great we were on the blue route we planned to get off at Buckingham palace were told the buses are regular . We decided from the palace to walk to Harrods so that when we came out we could hop on the museum tour waited outside Harrods at no 47a I think it was for over an hour no bus showed . We ended up walking to the natural history museum while walking still no bus passed . When we left the museum we waited another half a hour in the rain before giving up and had to get the tube back to the strand . The first 40 min on the bus we're great after that it was just a waste of money because we never saw another bus .our trip was on the 13 Feb 2026

Bad service. - The bus takes 1 hour to pass at each point. To use the audio guide you have to bring your headset, it is not offered or for purchase, however this information is not clear anywhere and without the guide you do not know which point you are passing. The care of the person who is in the spot is bad, does not answer the questions with education, it is rude. The price charged does not match the service offered.
