- Christchurch Greyfriars Church Garden - Our first destination of the evening is Christ Church Greyfriars. Here, the story of the site’s history will be shared, along with the tale of its most renowned ghost, Queen Isabella, wife of King Edward II of England, famously known as the She Wolf of France.
- Holy Sepulchre London - The second stop of the night takes us to the largest parish church in London. Here, we will learn about the grim practice of grave robbing, a crime that became rampant in the late 18th and early 19th centuries.
- Old Bailey - The tour will pause outside the Old Bailey, formerly the site of the infamous Newgate prison. A brief history of the location will be provided, along with stories of the ghosts said to haunt it.
- Amen Court - This is where we encounter the notorious Black Dog of Newgate. The tale of this demonic entity and the heinous crime believed to have spawned it will be shared.
- Temple Bar - Our journey continues to Temple Bar, the last of the London Gateways. Here, the history of the gate will be recounted, including a chilling ghost story shared by someone who experienced it firsthand.
- St. Paul’s Cathedral - The walk proceeds past St. Paul’s Cathedral, where we will pause to hear about its history and the ghost reputed to haunt it.
- Paternoster Row - Still in the shadow of St. Paul’s Cathedral, we will stop to learn about the open-air pulpit that once stood here and its links to necromancy and witchcraft.
- St. Mary-le-Bow - The tour will pass by St. Mary Le Bow, one of London’s most famous churches. A brief history of the building will be shared, along with tales of eerie events that have occurred there over the years.
- Bank of England - Our visit to the Bank of England will reveal more about the history and function of this grand old building. We will also hear about its tragic ghost, Sarah Whitehead, whose spirit is said to have haunted the site since the early 19th century.
- St. Mary Woolnoth Church - At this location, we will explore the ghosts of the London underground and the many mysterious events that have plagued the station to this day.
- Fish Street Hill - Continuing with the theme of the London underground, we arrive at one of the city’s most famous ghost stations. Here, we will learn about the station’s brief history and the supernatural occurrences reported there.
- The Monument to the Great Fire of London - The tour will pause next to the Monument to the Great Fire of London, where its history will be recounted, along with the story of the Great Fire itself.
- London Bridge - The final stop of the tour brings us to the banks of the River Thames, within sight of London Bridge. Here, the history of the bridge will be shared, along with the ghost story associated with it.

Welcome to the late-night London ghost walk. England is often considered the most haunted country in the world, boasting more ghost stories and eerie tales per mile than anywhere else. With its rich and diverse history, this is hardly surprising. It is only appropriate that it also has the most haunted capital city on Earth. During this ghost walk, participants will encounter everything from murderous queens to demon dogs, along with a few gentler spirits. Although primarily a ghost walk, the guide will also highlight some places of historical interest.
Participants will be led by a highly experienced City of London guide, who is also a seasoned ghost hunter, having participated in over 15 overnight ghost hunts across England. The guide is also a horror author with a passion for the supernatural.
While most other ghost walks will be concluding, this one will just be getting underway.
