Holly was great - Amazing experience. I would definitely recommend getting the champagne experience for not much more. Holly was one of the best tour guides I've had. Super personable and knowledgeable. Hopefully she gets a raise soon!

Lovely experience. Highly recommend. Arrive early. - We were escorted to a special bar area prior to the ride that allowed us to get a cocktail and snack. The waitresses (Holly was the best) were so kind and helpful. Our guide (Elle) was super bubbly, informative, and friendly. Overall, a very good experience. Opportunities for good photos and the 30 min went very quickly.

Most wonderful day out! - Me and my friend had the champagne experience on st Patrick’s day and it was the most amazing day!! The staff were so lovely and kind to us. Answers all our questions and were an absolute pleasure to talk to. The girls on bar were so lovely and our guide was the sweetest!

First time on the London eye - Arnie our tour guide was fantastic he made the experience very enjoyable, especially as we have a terrible fear of heights! He interacted with everyone in the pod and was very informative and sociable 😊

The hosts made the day - Our hosts were Arne and Holly and their contribution made this fantastic trip just perfect. I have been on the Eye before but the hosts’ knowledge and humour enhanced the experience immeasurably. Highly recommend
