- Wasn't sure what to expect for this experience, but WOW were we very pleasantly surprised!! This was SO MUCH FUN!!! The actors are INCREDIBLE!!! It's very interactive with the crowd too!!! I would definitely do this again! However, younger children might get a bit scared. Wouldn't recommend for kids under the age of 6, in my opinion. So much fun! Go do it!!!

Terrific creepy-fun and very educational - This is a very fun and surprisingly historically educational experience! The acting, framing, and set pieces were terrifically executed and detailed. Chocked full of amazing historical facts, this is so much more than a creepy-fun walkthrough. Audience participation and engagement was wonderful and very welcome, enormously augmenting the experience. My son became overwhelmed by light and sound and the immersive creepiness, despite generally being a fan of creepy, scary, gory, and even jump scares. The actors spotted his anxiety early and kindly, professionally advised us what to do if he decided it was more than he could handle. Huge thanks to the actors and staff for being so very kind and helping us when he decided he wanted to exit early. Everyone was absolutely terrific actors and human beings. Thank you for an all around great experience even whilst navigating an unexpected difficult reaction.

Great day out! - Amazing! The actors are incredible and the setup is fantastic. My youngest at 8 was a bit scared and probably would have been better a few years older but our teenager loved it despite the horror, really enjoyable experience. Would definitely go back again! There is a ride at the end but you have to be 1.4m tall so worth baring in mind.

This was so much better than I thought it would be! - This was so much better than I thought it was going to be! Really well organised, wasn’t too crowded even though we came in the Easter holiday. The actors were great (especially the witch) but oh my word that was abit scary! Is definitely recommend!

A decent couple of hours - It is a tourist attraction on the Southbank, so of course it will be busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The actors were great and did a fantastic job. Decent value for what it is.

Fun filled and thrilling - Easy to access, great staff, great actors, fun filled, funny and at times thrilling. The rinse at the end is a great treat.

Disappointed at lack of boat ride - Extremely disappointed to see that there's no longer a boat ride in this attraction as that was previously a personal highlight of mine. Very upset with that aspect, but the experience was decent overall.

Each to their own, but not for us. - I will first say, the actors/employees that participated in this were fantastic. The theme and idea of what they are trying to accomplish is fun and informative. The problem is one - TOO MANY PEOPLE in each group. Pushed, shoved, and couldn't see or hear what was going on.

Disappointing after years of being good - This was my 5th visit. They have made me more “family friendly” by removing some of the best shows that actually made it good. The London fire room is gone. The boat ride is gone. It’s become boring. Halfway through, the group somehow became a lot bigger to the point we could hardly move or see anything. Very disappointing and won’t be returning.

Doesn't keep what it promises - We were really looking forward to the London dungeon and my partner in particular was very tense in advance (she is rather anxious). Unfortunately, mass handling is carried out here (group size ~35 pers.) and for us unfortunately there was no tension at any time. It is more like “running from room to room” and experiencing historical basics. Ambience: 3/5 Horror: 1/5 Voltage: 1/5 Actor: 4/5 Friendliness Staff: 3/5 Conclusion: For us it was a one-off affair.
