Tea Time on the Move - Fun time! Food was delicious and a good assortment of sandwiches. Service was attentive and facilitated the time really well. A nice relaxing way to see the key sites in London. Well worth the time.

Perfect way to see London - We had the best experience on the afternoon tea bus. I am gluten free and the options were fab. I had exactly the same choice as my mum and the food was lovely. The decorations on the bus were really lovely too. Abbie was our guide and she was lovely. Took our photos. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone that wants a different take on seeing the sights of London

High tea on a bus - It was anew experience ,enjoying tea while driving through London , enjoyed it a lot got the chance to get the night view too as the tour started at 6 and ended around 7 15 ,felt that it ended too soon

Afternoon tea & tour good - Afternoon tea and tour was good but what let it down was the staff serving pretty much continuously hinting to be tipped at the end of the tour.

Overall not worth the money - The positive was the food was good, however the ride around London was narrated by a recording which was not really in sync with the location of the bus which really does not help. We actually got more information on the automated narrated hop on hop off from golden tours then we did on this version. I would say spend the money on the hop on hop off. If you are just looking for a ride around London and a good lunch then this would be for you.

Bad experience!!!! - I booked to make this tour on December 7. Two families consisting of two adults and two teenagers both. For starters on the instructions to reach the starting point it is incorrectly indicated that the departure will not be made from the Victoria station bus station instead it is right there that the golden tour buses to which this service belongs depart. Because of this bad information we arrived a few minutes before the departure of our bus. The first of the two buses had just started moving while the second bus that operated the service departing at 12:15 was still stationary. We tried to stop the first bus which signaled us to enter the previous one which was still stationary and would run the same route following it. arrived at the bus in question an extremely rude young lady tells us that we can not get on and only after so much insistence allows us to get on but specifies that we could at most drink with you and not be able to use the part related to food without giving any kind of reason to this indication. since the service was paid for about 200 € and included drinks and food we refused to use a service that for no logical reason was changed maintaining a price undoubtedly very much supported already at the start. the young lady is spa issue felt of our insistence on simply asking what was our right to have invited us to get off the bus and the bus left without us. Between the two families was incurred an expense of about 400 € so we crossed the road and went to the headquarters of the golden Tour asking in every way to be able to get on the next bus at 14:30. Although we were told rigidly that it was not possible as all the buses were full we decided to wait over an hour and a half to check with our eyes and we could see how from the photo chea that the four buses available at that time were not absolutely complete but had many empty seats to my request to be able to carry out the tour on the next day of December 8 we were answered again that it was full but I carried out a booking simulation that instead was given as available at the last request to be able to use at least 200 € to convert them into another service that the golden Tour could offer me on that date I was again refused the opportunity concluding I do not recommend this service completely incorrect and without any attention to the customer are concerned to make the receipts but not to leave the customer happy and I am personally convinced that the second bus on which we would have had to get on was banned and discouraged as there were only eight and this would represent an unnecessarily high cost for the tour operator that is why we were invented the excuse that we could not have what we had paid for highly recommend to carry out this experience!
