- All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.
- Tickets are valid within all zones West - Central and East (between Putney and Barking Riverside piers).
- Tickets are not valid on The O2 express services.
- Please present your printed or e-ticket at any of Uber Boat by Thames Clippers piers
- Only certain models of mobility scooter can travel on Uber Boat by Thames Clippers vessels. Whilst some mobility scooters will fit, some are too large. Please contact Uber Boat by Thames Clippers directly.
