• Tally Ho! Experiences - The tour begins at 189 Hercules Road, London, SE1 7LD, where participants can use the facilities. Tally Ho guides will then escort you to the bicycle storage area to equip you with a bike and helmet or an optional tweed flat cap. Secure bag storage is available.
• Archbishop’s Park - The ride commences with a loop around Archbishop’s Park to help you get comfortable with your bike and make any necessary adjustments. This park is a favorite among Lambeth residents and features a Zipwire during the summer.
• Lambeth Palace - Lambeth Palace, the residence of the Archbishop of Canterbury, is situated on the south side of the River Thames, opposite the Houses of Parliament.
• Big Ben - Pause on the south side of the River Thames to enjoy one of the finest views of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.
• St. John’s Smith Square - Discover the charming backstreets of Westminster, home to politicians, air raid shelters, and Lawrence of Arabia.
• Dean’s Yard - Traverse the historic grounds of one of London’s ‘public schools’ and learn what Winnie-the-Pooh and Shane Macgowan have in common.
• Westminster Abbey - Stand before Westminster Abbey, the site of Coronations and Royal Weddings. Note: Westminster Abbey is a paid attraction, and there is no time to enter during this ride.
• St. James’s Park - Cycle around St James’s Park, London’s most picturesque Royal Park, home to pelicans and stunning flower gardens.
• Old Admiralty Building - Stand in the center of Horseguards Parade, where military parades occur annually, and view the Downing Street garden and the impressive Old Admiralty Building. You might also witness part of the Horseguards changeover.
• Buckingham Palace - Cycle up the Mall to Buckingham Palace, the residence of the Queen. Listen to your guide share stories of Royal history and gossip. Catch the highlights of the Changing of the Guard (on select dates). The Mall is closed to cars on Sundays, offering a unique cycling experience.
• Admiralty Arch - Ride beneath this beautiful arch that marks the boundary of ‘Royal London,’ and discover the secret stone nose located underneath.
• Trafalgar Square - Trafalgar Square is home to numerous iconic monuments, including Nelson’s Column and the National Gallery. It is also the technical center of London.
• Covent Garden - Explore London’s only Italian-style piazza, Covent Garden Market, bustling with shops and restaurants.
• The Lamb & Flag, Covent Garden - Enjoy an optional pint of local beer at the Lamb & Flag pub in Covent Garden. Once known as the ‘bucket of blood’ due to its connection with bare-knuckle boxing, the pub is older than the USA and a local favorite.
• Cleopatra’s Needle - Visit an ancient Egyptian obelisk on the River Thames and learn about London’s remarkable Victorian sewage system.
• London Eye - Cycle past London’s iconic Ferris wheel, the London Eye, and pause briefly at the best spot for a photo.
• Westminster Bridge - Cross the River Thames using the bike lane on Westminster Bridge, cycling right beneath Big Ben!
• Banksy Tunnel - Explore the Graffiti Tunnel under Waterloo Station, made famous by Banksy, and observe street artists creating stunning murals. This is the area’s only ‘legal’ graffiti zone, and you’ll have the opportunity to try graffiti yourself, as spray paint is provided during the tour.
