Great Experience - This was a great experience! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Kensington Palace and led us on a lovely walk through the surrounding park before dropping us off for tea. The tea and snacks were yummy, and the tour of Kensington Palace that followed was interesting.

Check to make sure Kensington Palace is open - we were disappointed to find out that the day we went the palace was not open for touring. Felt overcharged.

Best Tour! - The tour guide was a pleasure showing us around. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. High Tea at The Orangery was perfect! They offered both regular as well as gluten-free options so everyone in our party could enjoy. The tour of Kensington Palace was delightful too. Surprising how many antique memorabilia survives today from thoughtful collectors. Overall, this was the most expensive tour but the BEST! Money well spent.

Tea was disappointing - The guide was terrific. He had wonderful stories as we wandered around the park, which is beautiful. Touring the palace was on our own & okay. However, tea at the Orangery wasn't worth the price. We never received the prosecco we ordered, felt ignored by staff & frankly the food was meh. We've enjoyed high tea several times but this ranked below all the others.
