Awesome Tour with Nic - Our Jack the Ripper tour was amazing and so was our guide Nic. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about Jack the Ripper and his victims and had pictures to share with tour. He answered any questions we had and enjoyed what he was doing. I would definitely recommend him again for another tour

Great tour; learned lots! - Nick did a great job of this tour. It provided a lot of historical information (like sleeping on a rope) and social context which is still relevant for today’s serial killers. The tour was sympathetic to the victims. There were some gory pictures but enough warning for people who didn’t want to see it to look away.

Bettina is the Best - Our guide was Bettina and she truly was the star of the show. Extremely learned about the subject, she absolutely recreated the setting of late Victorian London for us and took us round the sites where the Ripper victims were found. But most importantly, she gave the often harrowing back stories of the unfortunate victims, whereas history largely casts them as worthless drunken prostitutes. These were real women with real families and real lives and Bettina places great emphasis on that aspect, rather than revelling in the blood and gore associated with Jack the Ripper. It was a very enjoyable tour and the two hours around Whitechapel and the City flew in. Massive thanks again to Bettina - an outstanding guide!

Good value for money - Really good info. Interesting and the guide Jack (not related to jack the ripper) was really knowledgeable. For London it's good value for money.

Disgraceful customer service from all parties - Absolutely disgraceful service from both the tour operator and Viator. There were four tours departing from the same location, yet customers were left to work everything out themselves with no meaningful support. I called the operator’s office four times and received no response. I also messaged the host directly and received no response. Apparently, after paying, the customer is expected to spend the evening repeatedly chasing an operator who cannot even be bothered to answer the phone. Seven people were affected: two of us and an American family of five. At roughly £20 per person, around £140 was lost that evening, in addition to the wasted time and disruption to everyone’s plans. What makes this even worse is Viator’s response. I have used Viator around 40 times, and this is the level of service I receive when something genuinely goes wrong. Rather than properly protecting a regular customer, Viator simply refused the refund because the same unresponsive operator did not approve it. That is an absurd complaints process and provides customers with no meaningful protection. Incredibly poor organisation, communication and customer service from beginning to end.
