Very fun and interesting tour - The tour was really interesting! Tom was a super nice guide and explained everything so well, sharing lots of details about the history of London, fascinating curiosities from the past, and fun facts. We learned many interesting facts and stories throughout the tour. Very cool experience — we’re definitely looking forward to doing another one of his tours on our next visit to London!

A tour for Londoners as well as tourists - It was a really fun afternoon. We've lived in London for over 20 years, and through this tour we've discovered parts of the city we hadn't realised were there, and we've learnt so much. Tom was a fantastic guide and gave a good overview of the history in a fun and informative manner.

An excellent way to spend a couple of rainy hours in London! - I had a few hours to spend in London and booked this tour on a whim. It was well worth the money, and such an interesting experience! Tom is hugely knowledgeable and we learned some fascinating tales about the history of the area - and the stories held beneath the very ground we were walking on. We were even lucky to stumble across a concert pianist practising in the church, which really created a very impressive ambience / backdrop to the tales. The only thing I'd say - and this is absolutely my own fault - is that the tour lasts 2 hours and there's a lot of standing around / walking quite slow. I foolishly hadn't put enough layers on and was freezing by the end of it which affected my enjoyment a little. So if you feel the cold like me, wrap up warm!!

London historical tour - We highly recommend booking the Burnings, Butchery & Black Death: A Walking Tour of London's Bloody Past. This is our second tour with Tom and we loved it as much as the first time. Farringdon is a fascinating area of London, sometimes forgotten and Tom brings it back to life for two hours. Enjoy ! :)
