Pretty handy - The buses leave every 20 minutes. It takes 90 minutes. You can make a reservation, but I don't think that's necessary, then the bus both there and back had plenty of free seats. Terminal 2 at Heathrow is 5 minutes from the bus station. There are several stops in Oxford. The bus drivers were friendly and drove safely. So a great way to get directly from Heathrow or Gatwick to Oxford

Great service - Excellent service. The drivers do s great job on not only driving but lifting and shifting cases. ..they also have to contend with lot of bad car drivers. Shout out to the driver of coach 30 4th July 17:15 from the central bus depot

The driver was fantastic! - Had the pleasure of being dropped off from Heathrow to Oxford by Alice. She’s honestly one of the nicest bus/coach drivers Ive ever had the pleasure of travelling with. A credit to the company. Fantastic! Well done!

Updated review - setting the record straight - In October I wrote an honest and pretty scathing review of the service; I said I would give the service one more chance to see if it was any better. I am pleased to say that I did it again in both November and January again boarding each time at Lewknor Turn. So what a difference - on both occasions the coach has pulled off the M40 at Lewknor almost exactly on time. The drivers have both been friendly and helpful in stowing luggage and getting straight back onto the M40. I would genuinely recommend this service now - particularly if like me you are travelling from a bit further up the M40 and you don't want to drive right into Heathrow - you can track the coaches leaving Oxford on the app and although it is true to say there are very limited facilities at Lewknor it is ideal for drop off from the M40 and the coaches will have you on your way into LHR quickly. My wife drops me or picks me up here and it really avoids the nightmare if you don't fancy the roads in and out of LHR. I may have given honest feedback before on a day when the service was substandard but since then I have seen what a good service this is.

Great driver! - Our driver was very helpful and friendly! Being American we needed a bit of help with where to get off and further directions and the driver was quite helpful.

Highly satisfied - Our flight into Heathrow was late and we missed our scheduled time for The Airline airport coach. However, our tickets were accepted for a later departure and our driver was excellent. He helped us on our journey. We will probably never again have a need for The Airline coach service, but if we find ourselves in need for the service, we will certainly use it. We highly recommend The Airline.

Better to buy directly on the bus itself - I caught a bus at 7:15 p.m., but when I got to the stop there was no bus at that time... There were 19:05 and 19:25... In any case, the QR worked well and I got on the 19:05. A girl who takes it very often told me that it is better to pay for it on the bus itself directly, not to buy it in advance. You pay by card at the time

The bus was timely and very nice. - More information from TripAdvisor would have been helpful…..like the stops available in Oxford….I assumed there was only one…..

No wifi on the bus - The bus ride was fine—the driver was courteous, handled the luggage and announced the stops, but the central bus station was a a zoo and there was no wifi on the bus.

Take care of your suitcase - Take care because the bus driver claimed that someone must have taken my bag or he must have dropped it somewhere at a station and took me to the office who derailed me to keep asking about it on the phone till the cctv recording was no longer there when they should have advised me to file a report right away and check cctv. Dint leave your suitcase if it is portable in the luggage area I’m not the first this incident happens to. Otherwise the bus is good and frequently available .
