Lovely bike tour with Chris - We did the London origional bike tour with Chris, it was an awesome expierence. We loved that we did not only see some of the most important touri spots but also went to less touristic places - in fact, we felt like locals ourself. You did a great job Chris!

Great trip - We covered many sites and areas. Dom was fabulous and able to let us stop and take pictures. Loved the stop at St Katharine’s Docks. It was all going so lovely until the rain and then we were soaked and very windy. Life in London. I would recommend it and upgrade to an e-bike for my knees.

A bike tour to remember - Interesting and educational - Very efficient with bookings and a lovely welcome when we arrived with clean toilets and they were happy to store my small bag. Chris our guide was outstanding - so knowledgeable, friendly making everyone feel at ease, patient making sure no one got left behind. (I'm a Londoner but I learnt and went to a few places that I have never visited). A brilliant afternoon.

Great bike tour - As a first time visitor to London, this was a great way to see sites and hear interesting facts about the city. Our guide, Chris, was very personable and gave us a lot of neat tidbits. We got to see sites that probably a lot of tourists don’t see. I’ m not in the best shape but I was able to manage the ride okay.

Afternoon Bike Tour - The bike tour was led by Chris, a great story teller with a good sense of humor. He was knowledgeable and willing to answer questions at any time. Our tour was off the beaten track but also included larger significant attractions. We stopped for a bite to eat or a pint if you wished. The tour was 3.5 hours long and included intimate and not so intimate parts of London. I definitely would not have gotten around to many of the attractions and sights we visited on my own. Chris kept our small crew together and led us safely through the streets. Cheers to Chris, the shop owner and employees, everyone was pleasant and helpful.

Enjoyable afternoon - George our guide was very knowledgeable and took us mainly around East London. It’s a fun way to see the city through a different lens. Fun to ride across the London bridge, Tour got a little repetitive and long , but we were very tired from flying all day. It’s a good way to stay awake and adjust to the time difference. George recommended a pub across the street and we had a very nice dinner afterwards.

Poor experience - Ok so I could write a whole lot but here are the main takeaways. We had 11 people and only one tour guide. Our group of 11 were all in good shape and with solid experience biking. For about half the tour, the tour guide was racing us through changing lights and assuming people in the back would get through. It was immediately apparent that there should be a second tour guide in back. There were areas where it was mass chaos with pedestrians, bikes, and cars going in all directions. They really need to design routes that avoid the busiest areas, or at least have some tour options that avoid them. We weren’t given great instruction at the start on how to handle any of the busier situations or areas. About halfway through the tour guide announced that she was late for her next tour and we would have to hurry through traffic and intersections. I don’t know that I’ve ever had a tour guide with less personality or feel about how to lead a group—and I am as low maintenance as it comes about this stuff. On the positive side, we did see a lot of the city and the areas that were low traffic and out of the way were pretty cool and we wouldn’t have ever found them otherwise. Overall—design your routes better, add an extra guide in back, and just have better quality control overall!!
