- Traffic can be heavy in London around Christmas time. We will try to keep you on the move and see as many lights as possible. Therefore, the route may alter slightly on certain days.

Songs, Lights, And Treats - A Lovely Christmas Tour - I attended the tour along with my sister for the first time in December and it was such a lovely experience. From the employees who were friendly and accomodating, the whimsical bus interiors, the jovial atmosphere as well as the lights all helped to put us in the Christmas mood. I recommend this tour and may make it a Christmas tradition!

Christmas light tour - Love it! Although, it would benefit from further choices of food and drink. The Staff was lovely. We really had a Good time🎇🥳

Christmas fun away from the crowds - Brilliant fun! Already planning on doing this again next year ! The bus was warm, the drinks were refilled - the waitress worked so hard! - the more well known Christmas songs were fun but less known ones were a waste of time as no-one joined in. Traffic was crazy but we saw all the main sights - have already recommended to numerous people!

Great route - Great route to see Christmas lights. Wasn’t as fun as I expected. Minimal amount of food. Nobody really sang. I was solo and I appreciate the thought of my own row however being single I did this tour to interact with others. It would have been fun for the guides to guide In singalong.

Could be better trip - It was a shame got there by 7.15 but didn't get on bus till gone 7.45 as very dis organised at the start.
Was told to move at the wall then was told to queue other way.
A lot of people didn't and then pushed to front only to waste our time to say they was in wrong queue on a different bus.
They need someone at the stops to check the right passengers are on the correct stop for the bus.
And last Christmas was played at the end as coming bk into station.
More modern up to date Xmas songs need to be played.
Bus was nice and decorated but depends on the other people on bus.
As was only us that decided to sing along.

A disappointing experience - Myself and my family were very disappointed by this tour. I'd booked it especially for my family from Scotland so they could experience the amazing London lights but this wasn't the case. We only really saw Oxford Street but due to the sticks on the bus windows downstairs we couldn't see them without standing up. You couldn't see out the back or front windows either. Standing wasn't a possibility for the disabled person we had with us so they didn't get to see much. Also, it was not a tour because no-one was talking to us and telling us where we were or what we should be looking. As for the singalong there was no such thing, it was just Christmas sings playing in the background. There were no Christmas lights on the bus either. We paid for a singalong Christmas lights tour and what we really got was sitting on a bus looking out of the window trying to see the lights. A really disappointment when a bought this as a treat for my family!

And the lights went out all over... - Not an experience for the faint hearted or for those of us who are of normal size & shape! The seats did not provide adequate space for 2 people to sit next to each other - had to hold on for dear life sometimes!
All too familiar - this is yet another company which packs more people in than is comfortable or probably meets H&S regs.
For someone who doesn't eat mince pies there wasn't an alternative - just 1 packet of 2 shortbread biscuits - what a joke!! Now let's get to the music - twee Christmas pop tunes - most definitely not for the faint hearted! It would have been a better experience and enable a singalong if the music had been familar Christmas carols and NOT pop music that has clearly had it's day!
Then the company representaives had the nerve to stand on the door of the bus expecting a tip as we alighted from the vehicle!!!!!

Avoid this tour - We were all so disappointed with this experience and would not recommend this tour. We arrived early and it was chaotic trying to get on the bus as there was no clear place to queue and lots of people were pushing in. We finally got directed to a different tour bus and had to wait nearly 40 minutes on the bus past the 7.30 start time for the bus to leave the bus stop. With a young child this is totally unacceptable and the guides offered no updates or explanations during the 40 minutes waiting time. One family got fed up of waiting and left the tour as nothing was happening. The tour itself was disappointing the chosen Christmas songs were slow and there was very little singing.
