An insightful look into an exciting area of London. - I really enjoyed my tour around Brixton with Rah, who gave me a really insightful knowledge of the area, in a deep and humorous way. It was so interesting and important to hear about the struggles with the people there over time, and some of the amazing characters I had no idea lived there, even though I've been living in London for a long time. I'm still kicking myself for not guessing the meaning of the Brixton artwork by Hans Unger!

Brilliant Brixton tour with Rah - Our first time in Brixton was substationally enhanced by our friendly guide Rah. The 2 hour tour was packed with unusual and interesting things to look at and hear about - the people migrating here, its famous residents, the development of transport links. His personal insight into migration and homelessness really helped bring the issues to life and aid understsnding.

Insightful, inspiring tour for a school group - Rah led our university student group on his tour of Brixton and Stockwell. Every block and alley offered a surprising new set of historical, social and economic information and factoids. He was personable in sharing his own family's connections to the neighborhood and service sectors, he was witty, and he made the content relevant by linking it to current events and social issues. All in all, highly recommended!

Knowledgeable guide and great tour - We did the walking tour of Brixton/Stockwell with Rah. It was really lovely and Rah was very knowledgeable about the local area, rattling off names and years with impressive memory. The tour was well-designed and a good mix of local areas and personal experience. It's also often not very crowded at all. Would definitely recommend it.

Tour the city with different eyes! - We ended up having a private tour with David as nobody else booked the tour at that time. We are super grateful that he did turn up and gave us the tour. The tour was nice but we expected the story he'd tell about the neighbourhood would be maybe a bit more tied to homelessness and its psychological and social impact. David did share some stories from his own experience and his colleagues but the historical part about the London bridge neighbourhood was too much centred around dates and facts and we felt more storytelling would have helped make it easier to follow. The tour lasted for 2 hours and despite the above, we enjoyed David's stories. I would still recommend the tour and supporting this enterprise.
