City of London - The tour concludes with a ride on the world’s oldest underground transport system, the “Tube,” or a famous English double-decker bus, to the City of London.
Here, you can view the site of the oldest part of Greater London, the remnants of a section of the old London Wall built by the Romans to protect the city from invaders. Participate in this engaging 3-hour “Best of London” tour designed for families, and discover some of the British capital’s most renowned attractions while enjoying delightful entertainment. An expert guide, highly experienced in conducting family-friendly tours, will take you on an enlightening adventure through the City of Westminster and the City of London, showcasing a variety of stunning and iconic sites. The guide will captivate you with intriguing tales about these globally recognized landmarks, ensuring a truly unforgettable experience.
- Note: this is a shared tour in which max 12 people can participate
- Note: this is an outdoor walking tour in where you will see the attractions from outside
- Minimum age to participate is 6 years. Children under 6 can be on the tour without participating
- The Changing the Guard takes place between August and May every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday and everyday in June and July, but it doesn’t take place in the rain or in a very bad weather (the guards cancel ceremony if it rains, because the rain could damage their brass instruments)
