Helpful staff - A great visit for the children. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Jackie on the front desk. Thank you. Card payments only in the Costa cafe.

Nice visit. Good customer service. SEN friendly - Nice visit. Jackie and Lauren gave us good and helpful customer service, Jackie in particular who found us some ear defenders for my daughter as we had forgotten ours. I was sorry to hear many of your complemetary ear defenders are not returned! I will send you some as a thank you for your kindness that day. Having a day out as a SEN family can be difficult and we also appreciate the carers ticket you offer. Your sea creatures all looked well looked after. We wish there had been a little more to do as felt it didn't last as long as we would have liked but it was nice while it lasted.

Definitely worth a visit - We visited here yesterday. Myself, my husband and our 13 year old son. We were staying at a holiday park nearby there was a leaflet in our welcome pack with a discount, however it was cheaper booking directly. We spent a couple of hours here and had a great time, we managed to catch some of the feeding times. The staff were all really friendly and knowledgeable. We brought 3 gifts (for my son) these were on 3 for the price of 2 which was really good! Overall had a brilliant time and would definitely return.

Fun family activity - Lovely time with young kids. Busy but not too packed. Penguin talk/feeding was only 5 mins so missed it, but plenty of room to watch them afterwards. Kids activities both free and extra paid - ours enjoyed the stamp cards throughout. Special shoutout to Holly, showing us the snails and letting the kids stroke them, in exchange for a sticker. She then fed the arrow fish for us, too. Really friendly and helpful. Spent an hour there - not the longest experience but older kids might dwell longer.

Family visit - We visited during the first week of the school half-term. I was excited to have some time away from work and enjoy a quality day out with my two girls. While spending the day in Great Yarmouth, we decided to visit the Sea Life Centre. Like many attractions these days, the admission price for a family of three (myself and my two daughters) felt quite expensive. Thankfully, we’d built up a good amount of Tesco Clubcard vouchers, so we booked through their rewards scheme, which made it much more affordable. We arrived a little earlier than our allocated time slot, but the friendly and helpful lady on reception assured us that this wasn’t a problem and let us straight in. We spent just over an hour exploring the aquarium, taking our time to admire all of the marine life, along with a few creepy crawlies too! It’s not the largest aquarium I’ve visited, but it was fascinating nonetheless. There were plenty of informative displays throughout, explaining the different species, which I really enjoyed reading. As expected during the school holidays, there were a few bottlenecks in places. I’d say this was more down to some visitors lacking awareness of those around them than the layout of the attraction itself. There was certainly plenty to see, but considering the standard admission price, it did feel a little expensive for the amount of time we spent inside. We certainly didn’t rush around, although I do appreciate that the cost of caring for the animals and maintaining the facility must be significant. Overall, we had a really enjoyable visit. One thing that could make the experience even better would be having an extra member of staff or two walking around the exhibits, chatting to visitors and sharing interesting facts about the animals. Right at the end of our visit, we spoke to a member of staff in the touch pool area who was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They shared some fascinating information about the animals, and it really enhanced the experience. Thank you for a lovely visit, and happy holidays!

Disappointed - Very small compared to other sea life's we have visited. The whole family loved the sea tunnel. Very disappointed that I couldn't use my free carers ticket in previous years I've been able to show my bank statement to prove eligibility for told it changed a week ago I booked a week before we visited it's not a case I could pop home and get a letter as proof we are 4 hours from home yes I should of read t&c but as I said in previous years I've had no problem just showing bank statement. What makes it worse is I was charged full price if I'd gone outside and booked via my phone I would of saved nearly 10 pounds but didn't want to have to take kids out to do it .

Very short activity - It was ok. Very short and small space.I probably wouldn’t go back which is a shame. I liked the jelly fish and the sharks.

It was ok but hard with a pram - Come with a 1 year old and thought we could spend some time looking around. It was ok. We saw some sea life and went through the tunnel quickly as it was single file. The place was difficult to navigate with a pram due to size and being busy. This was a Friday morning. Some good things to look at but was over very quickly we were surprised to be at the end for the money paid, and that was with a discount for Parkdean. I would say it’s OK but better things in the area to spend money on.
