Must do to understand wine history in region - Great tour of the extensive caves underneath the vineyard. Mark was a great guide and had a wealth of knowledge. The tasting afterwards was a nice way to end the tour. Mark generously gave our hungry kids some cheese and crackers which also helped

Underground tour is for everyone. - Tarryn was our guide. Tarryn was very informative and enthusiastic about her role. I recommend this tour to everyone, you don’t need to be a wine lover to get something out of this experience. It is jaw dropping. There is so much history and Tarryn is in her element delivering the story. Also, call in to the Great Western Hotel.

Underground Joy 🍷 - The underground tour of the Seppelts Winery is a must do. We were a family group of four and the group total was a very comfortable eight. The underground area is massive and extends for 3.3kms. It is a mystery to imagine all the hand digging , the deviations are hard to believe . Lined with the great drops from Seppelts the history is beautifully explained by our Guide . The Tour takes you through the tunnels for approximately one hour and you witness the famed dinner setting setting. Can’t speak more highly of the professional aspects of the tour guide , just sensational. A white wine tasting is included in the tour. Highly recommend. Take a warm jacket and be a little wary of some uneven surfaces , otherwise a very easy and enjoyable walk . Off peak is the ‘Go’ 😉
