Amazing experience - The tour guide Joan was absolutely amazing. His knowledge of wines from winemaking to the specifics of each vineyard was only surpassed by his joy and passion. Each of the vineyards we visited were warm, friendly, and showcased fabulous wines. The lunch was very tasty too! Overall, this was a great value and was a wonderful full day enjoying authentic wines and making new friends. I could not rate this any higher!

One of the BEST tours I've ever taken. - We did the Group Priorat Tour the last week of October 2025. Ivan was our tour guide and there was just my wife and one lovely woman from Hong Kong. Spent 5 days in Barcelona before boarding a transatlantic cruise back to US. It is definitely a full day tour from Barcelona. The first winery was SANGENÍS I VAQUÉ, a small family winery. The wines were fantastic and Roger was so passionate in explaining the winery and his wines. The second stop was at Clos Figueras. After the tour we had lunch there, which was an additional cost. Definitely get the food pairing with wine. The food was outstanding as were the wines we tasted. Well worth the extra cost. The last stop was Celler Devinssi. We were taken up on to the mountain by 4 wheel drive for our tasting among the vineyards. The weather was phenomenal as were the wines. It was a fabulous way to end the tour and the day. Ivan was extremely knowledgeable about Priorat and its wines and made the whole tour a memorable experience. Didn't know much about Spanish wines before this trip. Purchased bottles from all 3 wineries. If you have an entire day to allocate, I highly recommend this tour if you like tasting great wines. Was well worth the money spent and would definitely go back again."

Joan was a great tour... - Joan was a great tour guide, very informative and easy to talk to. The wineries were also very kind and knowledgeable, it was great to hear about the region and the specific wines in the region.

A full, fun day getting to know Priorat wines - Ivan battled crummy Barcelona traffic to pick up 8 guests from three different locations. He took us to 3 wineries, each very different from the other. They all stood out in their own way, from the obvious passion of the 7th generation family vineyards/winery, to the wine tasting outside in the middle of the small vineyard, and in between a delicious lunch and wine pairing at a winery. We had fun meeting the other guests on the tour, and came away with a great appreciation of Priorat wines (and a few bottles to wedge into our suitcases.) Ivan also does a tour of the Cava producing area. Based on how well this Priorat tour went, I’m signing up for the Cava tour next time I’m in Barcelona.

Great day in Priorat with three tastings and a lunch at the winery. - We had a wonderful trip to priorat from Barcelona with three tastings of different styles of Priorat wine and a nice lunch with wine pairings. Joan was an absolutely wonderful guide and his knowledge of wine and wine making was impressive. I higly recommend this tour to every wine lover!

Priorat Perfection!! - Just returned from a wonderful day in the Priorat wine region. A totally fabulous experience starting with the convenient pick up at our Airbnb. Ivan gave us lots of interesting information about the region as we drove to our first stop. The region is absolutely gorgeous. Our first stop was at a winery that has been family owned and operated for 10+ generations. The family pride put into the winery was so inspiring and the current family leader lead our wine tasting! The The buildings were absolutely wonderfully old and authentic and the wine was INCREDIBLE!! Our second stop was at a lovely winery where we had a delicious wine pairing meal. Our final stop was a small winery where we had the loveliest wine tasting outdoors with the most incredible views. We could have stayed there for days just enjoying the scenery with good wine. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough!

Wonderful Priorat Wine Tour - Joan was a fabulous host for our Priorat Wine Tour! We did a small group with 5 people and all of the wineries we visited were small boutique wineries and had great hosts (as well as great wine) . Lunch at Clos Figueras was delicious. Joan was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the region, his love for the wine region was very apparent. Would definitely recommend this tour for anyone wanting a wine experience outside Barcelona. Just a note that it is a 2 hour drive there and back on winding roads.
