- An absolutely gorgeous tour! Our guide, John, was so nice and shared so much about the area and its relation to the shows/books. Stepping out into Grassington was like a dream, and we didn't want to leave! But even show aside, it really does tick all the boxes for a tourist: unbelievable landscape views, cute yorkshire towns, an old church and castle (plus loads of York history), and LOTS of sheep! 😍 Thank you, John! We're completely in love with York and the Dales!

Idyllic Day in the Dales - Our tour with John S. as our guide was such a fun adventure! John was so kind, and very knowledgeable of the area. He kept us entertained with stories and educated us about the Yorkshire Dales as well as pointing out lots of areas of interest. As a fan of the show All Creatures Great And Small it was a delight to visit some of the filming locations and see them in person, as well as other notable spots like Bolton Castle, where Mary Queen of Scots was once imprisoned. But the real stars of the show were all the sheep we saw. Too many to count! Thank you John!

Great Yorkshire Dales tour. - Wonderful tour of Yorkshire Dales to visit filming sites of All Creatures. Small bus, 15 people. Excellent driver, tour leader John S. Full of info about the show, both old and new versions. Very knowledgeable about area. Nice sense of humor, too. This was our third tour with MG, and all 3 have been great (Whitby from York and Beatrix Potter tour from Windermere, both 3 years ago). Would highly recommend Mountain Goat!!

Perfection - What a wonderful tour! We took an anniversary trip to Edinburgh, York, London and Paris. This was, by far, our favorite activity that we did. Our driver Barry was absolutely excellent. He was funny, knowledgeable and patient. We enjoyed seeing the lovely countryside and the commentary was outstanding. If I were ever in the UK again, I would make a point to go to York, just to take another of their tours.
