Breathtaking - The trek up in my little cr was bloody brilliant, it gave a sense of adventure. Friendly locals alo g the way. When I got the I was greeted by the guide wrinkles, what a true gentleman or rastaman as he preferred!!as he showed me round the art work, he gave interesting g info bout what we were seeing, never was I bored. I loved the stories he told about the sculptures which help me to understand them more. I saw a hummingbird which as this is the national bird and is included in many of the pieces of art, was fitting. The views from upstairs, I can't even describe. I was in awe and had to keep catcjmhing my breath. It isn't cheap, but I would pay it again. Its worth the trek. Brilliant visit. Thank you so much wrinkles!!!

Hidden gem depicting Jamaican people and culture - Hidden gem in a remote place. We strongly recommend doing this early in your trip. You can drive there yourself, it's accessible despite horrible road conditions, but very stressful, so I recommend taking a shuttle, especially if you have a small car. The gallery contains stone sculptures of Jamaican animals and people, especially the Rastafarian culture. Most of the sculptures are outside and are carved by an artist in residence that uses the stones from the area. After the sculptures, there is a large house, in which there are more works of art, mainly paintings. These paintings are done by another artist in residence. The paintings and the explanation of them by the tour guide depict Jamaica's landscapes and culture in high detail. This is why it is good to come at the beginning of the trip, as we felt some of the paintings offered previews of many of the places that we saw later on in the trip. Then we went on the balcony, which offered a breathtaking 360 view of the island. We went to various locations in the island and found no other place that offered such a view. Great place for pictures. The guide was the cousin of the owner, an elderly Rastafarian gentleman who took his time explaining every piece, whether it was a sculpture, or a painting, providing anecdotes or the history behind them. He also gifted us with a soursop as a souvenir and it was delicious. Overall, the experience took about 2 hours. The price is $40/person.

Excellent place to visit and lean more about the masterpieces of Bruce Allen and other amazing artists. - This place is a great cultural gallery with paintings by Bruce Allen and great outside sculptures throughout a large area surrounded by nature. It I also had great views of the horizon and rich history. Worth the visit. Something for everyone. While I appreciated the wood carvings and paintings, my kids loved the large sculptures throughout the park. Be prepared because it takes one hour and half to get there from Montego Bay. The roods are not good. Do when there is no rain. The entrance fee is outrageous at $39, however they are willing to give a discount, ask for that. They need the support since this is a new touristic place.

An Art Gallery Like No Other - Great experience… the “setting” steals the show and is the greatest artwork in the gallery. If you are expecting a European style gallery you will be disappointed. The entire art collection is done by a single artist and sculptures are also done by one artist. My hope is that in the years to come this space will be a Mecca for many Jamaican, Caribbean and African artists and sculptors. Saying that the “Giant Experience” is one not to miss you will remember it for a very very long time.

Lovely setting, very expensive, awful guide - Lovely paintings housed in two old buildings, well presented in a beautiful mountain-top setting. In the walk from one building to the other you pass through the sculpture garden on a boardwalk through a pretty tropical garden where the 2 large "Giants" are (Cottonwood trees). It's all very pretty, but not worth the $80pp (including transport) to get there. It was an expensive 2 hours for our group of 4! The day we visited, Twinkle was the tour guide and he was abysmal. He would point out the obvious ("That's a lion" in a painting of a lion, and "That's Bob Marley" in the many paintings of Bob Marley). It would have been better if he let the patrons observe the art on their own and just be there for questions. He also made inappropriate comments about the pieces of sculpture that were explicit in nature, in what was seemingly hopes to get a reaction from the 2 young ladies in our party. It was extremely off-putting. The explicit pieces alone are "fine", but inappropriate comments from the guide made them seem almost pornographic. Wearing of face masks were not enforced (nor even mentioned). Our group wore them but others in the tour did not, including the guide (used it as a chinstrap), even indoors.

Inaccessible road in its last 2 mile section - We had to turn back in our Mazda sedan 2 miles short of the park via wharf way. Wish someone had said that an SUV is needed . Disappointed

Terrible - The art was nice and so was the view, but it is way over-priced and our guide was atrocious. She was very rude, short, full of attitude, and abrupt. I would not recommend just purely because of her. I would rather have gone through the park alone and NOT RUSHED (which is how Jamaica is supposed to be), than spend any more time with her.
