Inside this elegant gastrobar we will pair them with Spanish tapas and local Granada cheese.\n\nOne of the wines we try is locally produced in the Granada region. The food is carefully paired with each wine variety to get your taste buds going and you will learn more about the different wines regions across Spain as well as local production of wines in Granada.

We kick off our gustatory journey with a sampling of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, featuring top-notch varieties handpicked from the 2018 noteworthy list. We then move on to savoring four classic wines native to our locality. All this will be hosted at a quaint, family-owned grocery shop where these exquisite wines will be paired with delectable Iberian cold cuts and cheeses.

Adding to the mix are appetizing bites that star succulent vegetables, grown in the fields surrounding Granada, such as sweet, tender baby broad beans and flavorful artichokes. These culinary delights are sure to stimulate your palate, while also offering rich insights about this less explored province.
