Fun, active, experience close to Granada - My whole family (including my 2 teens) loved this experience so much! Angela was very responsive from the start, confirming right away and asking and answering questions. She is kind and very knowledgeable. Kira, her sweet, calm dog was great fun to have on this hike. My children loved have Kira with us. Angela drove all of us in her van, a 20-minute drive away from the heat of Granada into the hills, where the temperature was perfect mid-70s (in July!), a bit chilly even at the end, a refreshing change from the scorching temperatures in Granada. We walked a moderate hike up to a lovely peak. Along the way, Angela showed and described plant and wildlife in vivid details, we learned more than we expected. She told interesting, funny stories and made the hike delightful! ! Our pace was not rushed, and we reached the peak with ample time to view the beautiful sunset. The hike was moderate, not difficult, uphill during the golden hour. On the way down, the trail was still light enough to see our path clearly. I highly recommend this tour for anyone to see a bird’s eye view of Granada away from the crowds and heat. Note: timing of the hike depends on sunset, so we returned to our lodging in July almost midnight. But in Granada, that is when much of the nightlife starts!
