This is undoubtedly one of the two most stunning excursions available near Granada. The journey, famously known as the Gollizno Route, takes you through ecologically-rich areas, enveloping historical sites around the villages of Moclín and Olivares. As you move along the path, the stunning scenes from the lookouts will captivate you. You will cross the Velillos River via a hanging bridge and a recently renovated pedestrians’ trail leading you to the Corcuela Fountain. The tour ventures into the ‘Tajos de la Hoz’, a natural ravine sculpted by the unceasing flow of water. This feature, along with the vibrant riverside flora, imparts a soothing feeling to hikers.
