During our visit, we suggest you fill the route with aromas, flavors, and sounds to help you imagine the life of the ancient inhabitants of the Alhambra. Known as the only medieval Muslim palace in Europe, it was actually a palatine city where the artistic expression of its residents left a lasting impression of their culture through the palace’s interiors (tiles and plasterwork) and exteriors (gardens).

As you know, the Alhambra has a limited number of tickets and a high demand. The tour includes: Nasrid Palaces, Alcazaba and Generalife. Your coupon time is approximate; the exact time will be confirmed by email or SMS. Start time may vary depending on the administration of the Alhambra. Important Notes: Provide your full name, date of birth and passport details (entries are nominative). Bring your passport or identity card on the day of the tour. The Alhambra will be closed on December 25 and January 1; visits will be rescheduled. No fixed trains or activities should be scheduled for the same day due to possible schedule changes. illustrated many events and historical details and answered many questions from one family

Alhambra Tour - Keep your mobile phone on. Ours was off which made it more difficult for the guide to confirm the meeting point.
Yosin was excellent. He was polite, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and made our tour the highlight of our holiday. He showed us the best parts of the Alhambra and tailored our tour to the time available.

Very interesting visit... - Very interesting tour with an experienced guide. However, the visit had to be in French and finally it was in two languages (French/English).
For a 90-minute tour we paid Fr. 345.00 for two people, this is unacceptable.

The Alhambra is... - The Alhambra is absolutely beautiful and definitely worth a trip to Granada. Our tour guide took us to the palace and she toured with us. Then at Generalife gardens, she gave us information for a few minutes and then she said we should go around on our own and take pictures and she left from there. Since she framed it as just the gardens, we left to go see it, but upon getting there we saw not only gardens, but an entire additional building to explore as well. All of the other groups and families we saw there all had tour guides with them, so it was clear that the tour should have included that last portion, as well, and our guide had left early.
Also, our tour time was for 12:30, and she told us to be there by 11, as she wanted us to see other things apart from the palace. We told her that we were driving from Sevilla and that would not be possible. At the end, she met us at 11:45, but didn’t seem to show us anything extra, like she had mentioned earlier. Also, while taking pictures, she wanted to rush through the tour.
We paid around 200 dollars per person for this entire tour for a family of four, and I definitely don’t think that it was worth it. I am going to definitely think twice before making such an expensive reservation through Viator again.

Don’t book with them - This site is fraud. Booked a guided tour for 9.30am. Guide brought tickets for 5pm and said she can tell us about it now and we can go on our own at 5pm to the palace. I asked them to cancel my tour because I had to leave town at 3.30. No one ever replied

Cancellation, unfair, bad experience - Well what happens is that I received a message from the tour operator that you hire that the visit was cancelled, this was 13 hours before what is out, you can imagine the anger that this has caused me, it is very unprofessional, the way they have done it. For me it’s a scam, the one that promises you something is going to happen and you get canceled so few hours in advance and you get angry with yourself for claiming.
