Best Catamaran - The catamaran is amazing! It has comfy seats and beanbags. Snorkeling and visiting the island was fun. The boat crew is very friendly and helpful. Fun day.

A great way to spend the day! - We had a great time with Gerard, Michael and the rest of their crew! Everyone was very attentive to the guests needs and making sure everyone had a great time. My Dad has mobility issues and they were extremely helpful in ensuring he was able to safely board and debark from the ship - that was so greatly appreciated! The Sea Pleasure is a clean, spacious and comfortable boat, with lots of seating and tables, so we didn't feel cramped. Lunch and snacks were abundant too. But the staff really made the difference - they were welcoming, friendly, informative and lots of fun. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Great afternoon on the ocean! - We had an amazing boat tour in Turks and Caicos! The crew went above and beyond to customize the trip exactly the way we wanted — from snorkeling with tons of colorful fish to visiting Noah’s Ark, and stopping at Iguana Island. Fritz made an incredible meal on board, and Chris was an outstanding captain. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to spend the afternoon with. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an afternoon day on the water in Turks and Caicos!

Great time, great memories! - Great crew! Good snorkeling and it was fun visiting the iguanas. Good music, and tasty wraps, conch fritters, and fruit! Definitely worth the price, and it's a nice way to get a change of scenery from the resort

Great experience for the price! - A wonderful experience and the crew were so nice. Noah’s Ark and Iguana Island were good stops. Snorkeling could have been better as we saw lots of small fish.

two thumbs up. - very pleased with everything. Boat picked us up right on time. it was very spacious. We were the first boat out of all the tours to get out on the water. They took us to Noah’s Ark, which was really fun. The lunch they provided was also very good. would definitely recommend this tour.

This is your best option!! - Very good experience. Crew was friendly and capable. Boat was spacious and clean (much larger boat than some others we saw that day, which made us feel less crowded). The pickup at the hotel beach was very convenient. Glad we chose them — Lady Grace canceled two of our excursions (one without providing any reason and the other because they forgot to pick us up), so don’t waste your time with Lady Grace, go with these guys instead!

Disappointing Experience — Nothing Like Our Amazing 2019 Snorkeling Tour - I rarely leave negative reviews, but our recent snorkeling tour with Caicos Island Charters was such a let-down that I feel other travelers should know what to expect. We did a similar tour in 2019 with another company, and it was absolutely incredible — the captain and assistant back then were knowledgeable, professional, fun, and truly led the experience. They took the time to guide the group, talked to us throughout the ride, shared interesting facts about Turks and Caicos, the islands, the properties along the shore, local culture, and even typical foods. They helped my husband, who was struggling with snorkeling at the time, with so much care and attention. They showed us how to open a conch, prepared a delicious fresh conch salad, guided us through Iguana Island with tons of fun and educational details, and even took amazing photos for everyone. It was the highlight of our trip. This tour was nothing like that. There was no guidance, no explanations, no engagement, and honestly no effort to create any kind of memorable experience. The captain and assistant didn’t interact with the group, didn’t share any information, didn’t talk to us during the ride, and didn’t add anything special to the day. We basically felt like we were just being transported from point A to point B. To make things worse, at the end of the tour they didn’t even drop us off at our original pick-up location — we were told we were “close enough,” which was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. For the price you pay and the reputation Turks and Caicos has for amazing snorkeling experiences, this was truly disappointing. I wish we had booked with a different company, because this was nowhere near the magical experience we had back in 2019. I hope this helps the team improve, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this tour based on what we experienced.
