Wonderful Experience Cooking and Eating - Not a bad thing to say about this experience! The location is in a smaller village further south in Santorini, and the restaurant is very open-spaced with nice views of the water. Chef Christos was incredibly welcoming and funny, and the food was amazing. Learned a lot about the different ingredients - all fresh - and got to taste everything as well as sit down and have a really nice lunch. Felt much more private compared to other cooking class experiences I’ve booked. 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful, surprising culinary experience - My husband and I did the cooking class. Chef Christo was kind, patient, fun, engaging, professional, and very talented. We cooked an amazing menu with salad, appetizers, entrees. We had a delicious Santorini wine with our meal. It surpassed my expectations. The restaurant you learn to cook in is charming in a beautiful area. We would highly recommend.

The real Greek cuisine - An unforgettable experience that will take you into the true Greek cuisine and culture. With Christos we cooked many of the typical Greek dishes such as tomato pancakes, tzatziki, Greek salad and pie. DA must do if you are Santorini!!

Worth Every Penny - Worth every penny. You can tell that chef Christos has tons of experience. He shares his knowledge and family secrets during the class. Fresh ingredients were used and you can taste that in the food you make. Highly recommended if you have a day in Santorini. You won't regret it.

Santorini Cooking Class - Christos was an amazing teacher! Took the time to share his knowledge and helped an “okay” at home cook to refine her basic skills. The food was also delicious and easy to make. The experience was one of my favorites during our entire trip to Greece! Highly recommend!

Underwhelming cooking class - My husband and I booked this class as something fun and different to do in Santorini. To our surprise, our class was private as the host told us there was a last minute cancelation for the other members who signed up. While I thought this would be wonderful, my husband and I found it almost more uncomfortable. Christo didn’t let us do much of the prep or cooking aside from chopping the vegetables for the Greek salad which he had many complaints from the way in which we were chopping. My husband even suggested that I try flipping the fritters when frying as we were simply watching the whole time. While the food tasted wonderful and we had more of a private dining experience once everything was said and done, it seemed like we were more of an anosence than anything else. Anytime my husband had a question, the host often times answered rudely or was annoyed that he was being asked. To top it off, we felt very uncomfortable at the end when the host joined us at the end of our meal only to ensure we left a review. When I told him I was done he asked me if I was really done because it was too fast. I would have felt much more comfortable leaving a review on my time, being honest (like I am now).

Cooking class with Christo - This was more of a “watch me cook and don’t mess it up at all” class. The only participation that me and my wife got was to cut an onion, a tomato, and a cucumber. If it wasn’t for me asking at one point to have my wife flip the tomato fritters we probably wouldn’t have. The instructor seemed uninterested in questions and very low energy or patience for dealing with vacationers. The food was good but it would have been a quarter of the price just to go out and eat because honestly the experience wasn’t much more than that. Just spend your money for another cooking class. Another thing is at the end he sits with you to write a review which almost pressures you to leave him a good one which I’m sure is why there is so many 5 stars.
