Worth the money - Lovely Melanie our tour guide was full of knowledge and deepened our understanding of the island. I don't think you need hours to appreciate the jewels of this island and the trip was well timed so that I did not feel rushed at any point. I highly recommend this trip.

Amazing views of Kefalonia - The excursion was really great! The comfortable minibus has picked up us on time. Our guide was so friendly and polite, she has given to us a lot of information about the island. Her English is excellent. We have seen all the best places of Kefalonia, the views were amazing! Highly recommend this tour for discover the island.

This is not very good - We did this hoping to see more of the island. The caves and lake are worth seeing though it costs an extra 10 Euros apiece to get in. However the rest of the time is not worth it, not helped by a terrible guide.

Avoid, prejudiced against solo travellers. - Not sure why they send me an email to ask me to rate them. Stupid. I had booked the excursion over a month in advance. A day before, they cancelled my booking. I called them, they said, it was Viator who had cancelled it and they would sort it out. After calling them again several times, they never picked up the phone or ever got back to me. Called Viator, they said, it was actually the tour provider who cancelled the booking, no explanation given. They assumed it was a mistake, and there was still availability, so they asked me to book again. I did so. Within 30 min, booking was cancelled again. The tour did take place, so it was only my booking that was cancelled. I do not know why. I assume, it is because I was a solo traveller and they wanted to fill the empty seat, so I had to pay the price. As this is the main tour provider on the island, I was not able to book an alternative and ended up not being able to explore the island as planned. Ruined my holiday. Avoid at all cost, if you are a solo traveller.
