Setting Sail on Algoa Bay

The sun was just beginning to rise over the horizon as I made my way to the docks of Port Elizabeth, now known as Gqeberha. The air was crisp, and the anticipation of the day’s adventure was palpable. As a wildlife photographer with a deep love for Africa, I was eager to embark on the Algoa Bay Cruise and witness the incredible marine life that calls this bay home.

Our vessel, a twin-engine catamaran, was ready to take us on a journey through the diverse and rich waters of Algoa Bay.
