Setting Sail on a Dream

The sun was just beginning to rise over the horizon as I found myself standing on the dock at Gouvia, ready to embark on a journey that promised both serenity and exhilaration. As a marine biologist, my life is often intertwined with the ocean, but this time, it was different. This was a personal adventure, a chance to explore the enchanting islands of Paxos and Antipaxos on a private speed boat cruise. The team, consisting of Andro, Andromachi, Vaggelis, Vasilis, and Denia, greeted us warmly as we boarded the sleek 37ft Axopars. Their enthusiasm was infectious, and I could feel the excitement bubbling within me.
