Soti Khola - The Manaslu circuit trek begins with an early start, driving along the Prithivi highway before taking a branch road at Malekhu. The journey continues through vibrant villages and lush farmlands, taking approximately 8-9 hours to reach Soti Khola, following the flat path along the Budhi Gandaki River.

Trek to Machha Khola (900m)

Machhakhola - After breakfast in Sotikhola, the trek proceeds through lush forests and lively villages. The path leads to Lapu Besi, a Gurung village, and continues along a winding trail to Machha Khola, taking about 6 hours.

Trek to Jagat (1,350m)

Trek to Deng (1,804m)

Philim - The day starts with breakfast, followed by a hike crossing another suspension bridge to reach Philim, a village predominantly inhabited by Gurung communities. The village, with its traditional houses, peaceful monasteries, and chortens, offers a glimpse into the rich Gurung culture. After crossing more bridges, the trek reaches Deng, known for its agriculture.

Trek to Namrung (2,639m)

Namrung - The trek continues on a flat trail before ascending to Namrung through a lush forest. The journey is accompanied by views of Manaslu, ridges, and valleys, making the way to Namrung enjoyable. Namrung is a Buddhist village featuring several monasteries, chortens, and prayer flags.

Acclimatization at Samagaon (3,540m)

Samagaun - A day is spent in Samagaun for acclimatization, including a hike to Pungyen Gompa east of the Nubri Valley. During this acclimatization hike, trekkers can bring lunch to enjoy at rest stops for energy. The trail crosses a roaring river, keeping trekkers engaged for about 2 hours. The area is surrounded by breathtaking views and lush forests.
