Each building is uniquely and beautifully designed in traditional Korean style. Just outside is Cheongwadae Sarangchae, an exhibition hall showcasing the history of Cheong Wa Dae and the Korean presidency, along with gifts received by heads of state over the years. The hall is open to all visitors free of charge.

Bukchon Hanok Village - Home to hundreds of traditional houses, known as hanok, dating back to the Joseon dynasty.

N Seoul Tower - Features a revolving deck and Lovelock wall. Namsan Seoul Tower was Korea’s first tower-type tourist attraction. The top of the tower reaches nearly 480m above sea level, including Namsan Mountain (243m) and the tower’s height (236.7m), making it one of the tallest towers in the Orient.

UN Memorial Cemetery - Korea pays tribute to UN soldiers from 16 countries and UN aid from five countries who were killed in the Korean War from 1950-1953. It is the only memorial cemetery in the world dedicated to UN soldiers.

Gwangandaegyo Bridge - Spanning over 7.4 kilometers, it is the longest bi-level bridge over the ocean in Korea.

Oryukdo Skywalk - Iron columns are set up over a 35-meter-high coastal cliff, with a 15-meter glass bridge made of 24 glass plates shaped like a horse’s hoof connecting the columns.

Dongbaekseom - The island is filled with dongbaek and pine trees and is connected to the mainland by a bridge.

Nurimaru APAC House - Refers to an APEC conference hall, meaning “a house where world summits gather for an APEC meeting.”

Busan China Town - Less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel, this large Chinatown features many shops and restaurants, along with other attractions.

Jagalchi Market - Jagalchi Fish Market
Seafood enthusiasts and those tolerant of strong odors can spend an hour exploring the country’s largest fish market. Narrow lanes outside the main building are filled with decades-old stalls and food carts run by grannies selling a wide variety of seafood, including red snapper, flounder, and intriguing creatures with tentacles.

Busan ➜ Seoul by KTX Bullet Train

Busan Station Tourist Information Center - After breakfast, head to the Seoul KTX rail station. The introduction of the KTX train (Bullet train) has significantly reduced travel time across South Korea. Reaching the farthest point by KTX train now takes less than 3 hours. KTX trains operate at a speed of 320 km/hr.

The highlight of today’s tour is the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone).

Located on either side of the 38th parallel, this notable border was established at the end of the war in 1953 with the signing of Panmunjom’s armistice to separate North and South Korea. Upon arrival, proceed to passport security control followed by a brief introduction at the United Nations camp. Visit Dora Observatory and Dorasan railway station. Explore Imjingak Park with the Memorial, the Liberty Bridge, and the Bell of Unification. Late morning, visit the 3rd tunnel dug into the rock at a depth of 73m, capable of moving a full division per hour with their weapons.
