2.5 hours of Safari Bliss - An amazing day out with Benji. Nothing was too much trouble . Perfect Day out. Blue skies , stopped at Stradbroke island for drinks and ice cream . Lots of laughs and smiles were had .

Island hopping with Kynan and JetSki safaris - Led by Kynan we all had a blast great tour , excellent to run around the islands and see how the better half live , good briefing good skis , only downside was the late afternoon strong winds which made heaps of chop , would be a perfect run in the still of a morning

Great organization, magnificent places and kangaroos to greet us from the shoreline :) - It was an unforgettable experience With my son we opted for the longer lap that gives the possibility to alternate once driving. After training session and written and practical exam we put out to sea with the bikes well maintained. Our guide Benji was very attentive to each of the participants making the long trip exciting. The stop on the island was magical. I enjoyed a great chicken dish and as we left we could skirt Kangaroo Island with many kangaroos.... to say goodbye. If you are in Gold Cost, you love the sea and nature you absolutely must do it. The whole team on land and at sea super. Thank you!!

Sick trip good bunch of lads - Went on the 2.5hour with Benji on the 30th may, well worth it. Good bunch of lads very helpful. Make sure your ski's doing 74+ makes it so much fun and safer. Full send full commitment!! Great way to see parts you wouldn't see either.

Jet Ski Safari - Unreal! - Benji took us out on the 2.5 hour safari. Benji and the front of house team made it an unbelievable experience. Benji took us on a scenic route amongst the different nature reserves and it would be an under statement to say the scenery was picturesque. With a little island stop at the tippers, you can guarantee an unreal life experience. We would 100% recommend this as a must do on your Gold Coast itinerary.

Maybe the worst customer service and e expiance of my life! - Extremely disappointing customer service experience. I understand that policies exist for a reason, but the level of rigidity and lack of customer care at Jet Ski Safari (Gold Coast) was shocking. My cousin and I booked a 2.5-hour safari for noon and, unfortunately, arrived about 10 minutes late. We acknowledged our mistake and hoped to either join late (if possible) or reschedule for another time. Instead, the front desk staff was completely unwilling to accommodate or offer any kind of solution—no rescheduling, no credit, no empathy. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the staff member at the front desk. He was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero effort to de-escalate or assist. I’ve traveled to over 20 countries and throughout the U.S., and I can honestly say this was one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve encountered. Thankfully, I booked through American Express, who helped me recover the $500 I would’ve otherwise lost entirely. If you’re in the area and looking for a better experience, I’d recommend checking out Gold Coast Jet Ski Rentals instead. They seem to have better reviews and a more customer-friendly approach.
