An Amazing Sailing Adventure - We came to Virginia from California for a short vacation to check out the East Coast. Why my wife and I have never been to the east coast. When we got up on Tuesday morning, it was a very nice day - so decided to do something different. I thought, Why not I go sailing- so we made a call and went - And, it was fantastic!
Ahoy, Captain Bill!
We just wanted to send a "thank you" for the truly amazing time we had sailing on the York River with you yesterday! Your tutelage was fantastic – you made learning the ropes not only educational but also incredibly entertaining and absolutely delightful.
We're already looking forward to our next trip and the next lesson under your expert guidance. Thank you so much for everything! It was amazing….

Family trip w/grand daughter, great grand daughter and grandson in law. - Thanks so much for your time and love in taking us on another great day of sailing, with our family this time. The pics are awesome! The kids loved every minute of it. You truly are the best as well as quite the scholar. I was so glad the kids got the history info now that they’re older and will remember it.

Great Sailing Experience for First Timers - We were blessed with a beautiful sunny day when we sailed with Capt. Bill. As a family of 5 novice sailors, each of us with the exception of one, took turns steering the boat, under Bill's guidance. It's not as easy as it looks but still an awesome experience. We caught some strong winds and the boat tilts quite a bit, which can be unnerving for first timers but Bill reassured us of our safety. All in all, it was a peaceful and also exciting part of our Virginia trip! Would definitely do this again!

Amazing family sail! - Bill brought me and my three children out for a beautiful sail. It was the highlight of the trip for all. An absolutely wonderful experience for my family. The sail was relaxing, fun and a great learning experience all in one. Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing journey. - We had an outstanding time.
It was my first time on a "real" sail boat and we got the full experience - from calm seas to a bit of chop and gusting winds. It was exciting and energizing and I would be happy to sail with Captain Bill again in the future.

Highly recommend - A beautiful day sailing the York River! Captain Bill provided a great experience for us novice sailors. We learned about the Revolutionary sea battles that took place on the York and took a turn sailing. Would definitely recommend!

Great Sail With Capitan Bill! - This was an amazing and very special sail with Capitan Bill. So many great views of Mother Nature. We took the trip with our standard poodle. He enjoyed the trip the same as we did. Bill made everyone very comfortable. Awesome experience! Strongly recommended! Capitan Bill is the Best! Thank you!!

Serene Sailing - It was a very serene afternoon of sailing, learning the terminology and how to sail. Capt. Bill was an excellent teacher with years of experience. We had a great time!

Spend some time on the water! - Weren’t sure if we were going to be able sail with weather iffy but Captain Bill assured us the weather would be fine and it was!
Spent 3 hrs with each us helping! Lots of fun and educational. Would highly recommend it. Boat is very clean!

Thank you Captain Bill! ⛵️ - This was a great additional to our Williamsburg adventure! Captain Bill was friendly, knowledgeable and such a joy to spend time with during our sail! He even accommodated us when I got the time wrong on the day we were supposed to sail. I can’t recommend this excursion more if you are in Williamsburg.
