Stunning and Fun - What an amazing experience! I love seeing the spectacular views of the mountains and river. Seriously my favorite activity I did in New Zealand! Love love love! And great guides too! Shout out to Rob!

Must - Do experience - Such an amazing day in Mount Aspiring park! Knowledgeable and helpful guides in Rob, Georgia, John and Toby. Staff provided necessary gear and the lunch was a great spread and accommodated allergies well. Would highly highly recommend to anyone in Glenorchy !

Magnificent scenery and fun experience - We were very hesitant to go on this adventure during winter because we had to wear the wetsuits and lots of layers to keep warm in the jet boat and funyak. Brandon was exceptional motivating our efforts driving the funyak. He was very friendly and cheerful throughout the day, despite having to look after some very energetic young boys whose mother could not control them. The lunch was plentiful and varied, suited for different dietary requirements plus warm soup and fruits. My feet got wet as explained but contrary to what I thought I did not shiver and was fine all day. We loved the experience and would definitely recommend it, even in winter!

Spectacular, breathtaking and brilliant. - Spectacular from beginning to end. We returned with our 3 kids after 20yrs. Still just as amazing and breathtaking. Everything has been thoughtfully executed and organised. From the guides, to the drivers, food, equipment, facilities, all excellent.

Amazing! - We had the most amazing time! Our guides were lovely, the views were incredible and the Dart River is beautiful. Could not recommend a better day trip out of Queenstown. Definitely worth driving yourself so you can take some time to explore Glenorchy after the trip!

Just do it! - ⸻ I had an amazing boat driver who made the whole experience so much fun! The scenery was absolutely stunning, and the cruise around the lake was both beautiful and thrilling, especially with all the exciting spins in the jet boat. I highly recommend this—definitely a must-do if you get the chance!

Funyaks was great fun - Staff very professional. Pedro, Brandon & Georgia were all fantastic - very helpful & patient. All equipment - wetsuits, booties, gloves, jackets etc provided - it was a cold & wet day but we it didn’t matter as we were well kitted out! Lunch was great - could have had that tomato soup all day!! Thanks for a most enjoyable & memorable day

Top notch experience - What an incredible experience! This is my first time in New Zealand and my day with Dart River Adventures was my first full day here, and is still my favourite. The jet boat experience was a really cool start, taking us rapidly along the braided Dart River, taking in the landscapes and surviving the spins. Then we went funyaking which was definitely heaps of fun. The highlight was paddling into Rockburn Chasm which was absolutely stunning. The lunch was top notch and plentiful with sandwiches, platter boards and probably the best tomato soup I've ever had. And the desserts, bravo! The staff, from our first driver, to the jet boat driver and then the funyaking instructors were all super friendly and passionate, which made the whole experience just brilliant really. Would highly recommend 👌

Exploring the Dart River - Really well organised with a great commentary, we were a bit apprehensive beforehand as it is not something we would normally do on holiday but are really pleased that we did do it
