This programme imparts the vital skills required for leading bolted sport routes. It’s also highly recommended for individuals who learned from a friend and want to ensure their techniques are valid and safe.

We maintain limited student-instructor ratios (max 1:4), so the course is customized to suit your needs, and our trainers always assess your existing knowledge (although you might not have any lead climbing experience). Don’t fret if you lack any equipment, we supply all the necessary gear, but you’re free to bring your own if you have any.

• Minimum age is 16 years. For children, contact us to discuss their suitability
• You must be able to safely wear a harness and helmet
• Operates in most weather conditions, please dress appropriately
• If cancelled due to very poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date, an indoor climbing experience or a refund
