• Pollok Country Park - Begin the wildlife-themed tour with a visit to an award-winning fold of Highland Cattle, one of the oldest breeds globally! There are over 50 ‘Coos’ here, often accompanied by calves.
• The Alpaca Trekking Center - Meet and greet the entire ‘gang’ in their shed. Alpacas are incredibly friendly and always eager to meet new people. The one-hour forest walk with an Alpaca on a leash begins at 11:30 am (sensible footwear is recommended, as the walk occurs in all weather conditions). This walk is included in the tour price.
• The Scottish Deer Centre - Located 45 minutes away, this center is home to 12 different species of deer, wolves, bears, wildcats, lynx, falcons, owls, and the very shy and elusive Haggis ;). The visit lasts two hours. Entry is free, but there is a donation box.
• The Kelpies & The Helix - Conclude the day with a visit to the tallest horse statues in the world. These iconic mythical statues are a fantastic attraction to end the tour.
