Ben was a good tour guide. I guess the reason for not being highly satisfied was the other guests on the tour. We were moved from Thursday to Friday in order to have a bigger group... I understand this, but it was a full bus and quite crowded. Additionally, another group that got on the bus someone was wearing such a powerful perfume or cologne that it made the whole bus experience very unpleasant. They also sat behind us and we were unable to hear anything that Ben was saying because they yammered on in another language with absolute disregard for any of us that may be interested in actually listening to the guide, and with disrespect to the guide himself. I work in the service industry and understand difficult guests and I suppose it's the risk you take when signing up for a tour, it was just disappointing because there was the potential there to have a great guide and learn a lot, but because of the desire to maximize profit and completely fill the bus that was lost. Thanks for listening.
