The route passes through the habitat of the Egyptian vulture, golden eagle, and many other protected bird species.
In the 1950s, several new villages were established near the collectivized areas, named after fallen partisans from World War II. One such village is “Asim Zeneli,” which continued to expand until the mid-1960s. Alongside the village, infrastructure was developed to support agriculture, including the artificial lake of Cini, fed by several hilly streams. This lake, covering about 15 hectares and holding approximately 600,000 m³ of water, remains operational. The picturesque view of the lake, surrounded by hills, is perfect for photography, featuring horses and herds of cattle. The 10 km journey concludes at the equestrian center.
